Been here several times. First time service wasn’t great. We came around lunch time. Didn’t seem really busy..there were two waitresses working which seemed sufficient for the number of guest. Our waitress Didn’t stop by out table much. I had to flag her down to get a refill despite her walking past our table multiple times. The food was decent. Wings were sauced just right and everything came out hot.

I came in after a long work day. Was very excited to pig out on some wings and fried pickles. Shortly after arriving, we were greeted and asked our drink order. My sister ordered a Pepsi, I ordered a spiked lemonade. The drink came out quickly but there was a very visible, very large cockroach in my spiked lemonade. I don’t say cockroach without actually knowing that that is what was in my drink. The server was just as mortified as we were and she quickly took the drink away. Needless to say, we left very quickly after that. To say I am disappointed and grossed out is an understatement. Will not be returning and will absolutely not recommend this location.

My family and I hadn’t ordered from BWW for a couple years because of bad experiences. We decided to try again last weekend and ordered around 80$ in carry out. IT WAS WONDERFUL. The food was all great. I was really expecting to be disappointed especially with it being driven back to royal center, but it was all great. Beautifully rolled wings without piles of sauce at the bottom, crispy wedge fries. All top tier. We will totally be back.

Compared to other dining establishments in my area and considering the food choices that are offered at each place; it’s completely overpriced! I took my family of 3 to a nice area family restaurant; all 3 had steak dinners and 2 of us had one alcoholic mixed drink each, total cost was $100 after leaving a 20% tip. This visit to Buffalo Wild Wings; 2 of us had one alcoholic mixed drink each and both ate wings whole sharing an order of potato wedges, the other person had Pepsi and a sandwich meal. Total cost after leaving a 20% tip was $100.
