I hate to write such a critical review but this place is so understaffed you’re lucky to be seated. Last 3 times I’ve been we have waited at the hostess stand for over 20 minutes before anyone even greeted us. The servers do a wonderful job and food is great but I’ve seen multiple groups leave after waiting for someone to seat them.

Food was cold. All three dishes. Waitress did not get the order right shorted steak fries on one of the orders and did not take it off the ticket when paid. Had to wait 45 minutes to even get service. Hot wings were nasty to barbecue and the hot wings. Would not recommend this place. $50 for three people I expect better service and food

I love Bdubs!!! However over the past few years of eating at the Vincennes location here and there, every time it seems as if staffing is an issue, as well as receiving service in a timely manner. Today was simple, small order of boneless wings and small order or traditional, 15 minutes after seated before we were asked for drink orders then 45 min from seating until food deliver and I count no more than 4 tables with guess in the family dining area. I’ve only seen 4 people working…. Our food came out incorrect and we had drinks empty for 15 minutes. Sad to see this place going downhill.

I never got our food because we waited over 30 min with no update from the waitress. They were not busy at all it was 2pm. Eventually, I told the waitress we were leaving and this is why we don’t normally eat there, her comment was “stop being rude.” I had to just laughed, she continued making comments as I was walking out the door. It was beyond unprofessional. The place was filthy and smelled like sewage.

I placed an order for a scheduled pick up so that I could run quickly from work and grab me and my co workers food it was set to be ready at 120pm and here it is 140pm and I’m getting told it still is not ready!? I did this thinking it would be quicker to run and grab while at work, guess not! I don’t recommend ordering online for pick up this is rediculous!

Food was nasty, cold and dry, got a draft beer it tasted skunked, when the bartender finally came back, ordered a bottle beer it was fine, but was still charged for the first one that I only took one drink of! Not to mention the whole time setting there we had to smell the sewage that was backed up! Definitely won’t be going back !!!

Husband and I sat at the bar for over 10 minutes and never saw a bartender or waitress, and it was not at all busy. Also have no idea what we were smelling but we were near the drink station and something smelled awful. First time back in a while and it’s gotten worse than before.
