My wife and I love Buffalo wild wings. We were out on our motorcycle and stopped at this location (Crawfordsville). We ordered the sampler platter and my wife got some fried pickles. Everything was hot and fresh, and the restaurant was clean and delightful as expected. Highly recommend.

Standard BWW, but the service was poor. There was 1 waiter serving the whole eating floor PLUS the outdoor area. It took FOREVER to get drinks, put our order in and get our check at the end. I felt bad for the kid bc there were 3 other people (including the manager?) standing around. It seemed they were only limited to seating folks, taking calls or wiping tables and weren’t allowed to help the kid take orders or wait tables. This made the experience sub par.

Honestly the wait times for pick up are out of control. I hate to be “that guy” but when you’re told the food will be done at a certain time and you wait 20-30 MORE minutes in the store, what is the point?? We understand people aren’t perfect, but if they’re *that* short handed maybe adjust your wait times to be more accurate. This is probably the 6-7th time this has happened where my husband has to wait in the store 20-30 minutes after the pick up time.
