Horrible experience! I wish I could select zero stars. The way to order is awful. You have to order on your phone. The food was cold! The waitress came once and then disappeared! We were the only ones in the whole restaurant. We never got refills. The wings lacked sauce, they were overcooked, and dry! No napkins, we had to get up and look for some. For the cost of everything and the method of ordering, I should’ve paid myself the tip!!!! Overall, it was a terrible diner! I will never go there again!!!

Ordered delivery through bww website-food arrived late and cold. Ordered onion rings and cheese curds which were inedible at that point. Thw boxes had sauce all on the outside.. The chicken wrap had the wrong sauce on it and the dry rub wings weren’t spun so most didn’t even have rub on them. We ordered drinks and carrots which we didn’t get. Tried to contact the manager who was conveniently out of the store and corporate basically just said sorry about that without making it right.

They didn’t have wait staff and had to order using my phone and a QR code. I should have just left but was with a group of 20. Took us all about 30 minutes to get our orders in, and then another 45 minutes to get our food and drinks.

Giving them 2 stars because the food was decent, I have no complaints about that. The experience going out to eat and ordering from a phone app is horrible. A lot of time was spent trying to navigate the app and then wonder if our drinks/food was coming. We did tip, but I am not sure what for? No one ever came to check on us. A couple at our table ordered an appetizer but never got plates for it.

We came to grab food before the hockey game on Saturday the 18th. The basketball game was earlier in the day so the place was packed. The electronic table ordering system was down and we considered going elsewhere thinking it would be a s***show. We decided to stay and ordered online for carryout instead. While we waited for our food we went and got drinks at the bar. You could see all over the store that customers were doing different things to get their food ordered. Some were ordering at the bar, some were at the carry out desk, others asked me and put their orders in online for pick-up as well, and the couple of waiters they had were taking orders the “old fashioned” way. Not a single employee or customer looked perturbed about the situation. Our food was done exactly when the app said it would be. I picked it up from the counter and went back to our table to eat. We left for the game on time, happy we stayed and full of food. Thank you to the entire crew that night!!!

Food was fine but they need to pay attention to what people are ordering. My biggest complaint is that I ordered DoorDash and while they gave me all of the sauce cups I paid for, the sauces weren’t correct. Not a horrible experience, just annoying.

Horrendous. Ordered delivery and not only did they take almost 2 hours to arrive, the food arrived overcook and also freezing – the thermometer was in Celsius but that 77°F… Whatever they did with the coleslaw it was warmer than the wings and looked and tasted like it had been sat out in the sun for about 3 days.
