I want to start by saying our server was fine. She wasn’t the problem. The problem was we ordered an app and that took an hour to get to our table and 5 minutes before it arrived I had told the server to just drop the appetizer because it had been so long. It then shows up and I tell the server to take it back because it’s been an hour and I am no longer interested in it. The manager on duty comes over and tells me he is going to have a rush put on our food and the app is free and he’ll take $15 off the order for the inconvenience. Fine and dandy until it takes another 45 minutes for the food to come out and some of it had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for a while cause it wasn’t even fresh. Super disappointing and I definitely am going to be taking a long break from Buffalo Wild Wings in hutch for a while.

We took our family of 8 plus 2 friends. We got there at 5:15 and didn’t get our food until after 6:30. Several other tables were seated 15-30mins after us and got there food ate it and left before we got ours. The waiter did not keep our drinks filled and we had to go ask other staff for refills. They did take 30$ off our bill but it was very frustrating watching others come in after us, get seated and get their food and leave before we got ours.

Ordered at 9:33pm, said order would be ready at 10pm. Arrive around 10:05pm and they check the order when I arrive; they made the wrong order. Waited an additional 25mins for them to give me the correct order. Kinda cringe ngl.

The dining area is always dirty, the food will almost always make you sick, the drinks are burnt… I had given Hutch BWW a few chances after deciding it would not be a top contender, and all that did was solidify that it’s just nasty.

I’ve heard people rave about BWW for years but have never tried them. Today my husband and I decided to try it to see what all the buzz was about. We did a takeout order. I picked up my order and of course checked it before I left. I was missing all 4 of our dipping sauces. I live 2 minutes away. I got home and tried my food. I ordered boneless wings and fries. The wings were dry and hard from being overcooked and the fries were horrible. My husband ordered 10 traditional wings and fries. Again, the fries were horrible and the wings were overcooked. Definitely a complete waste of money.

Will my experience was not much of an experience at all. We ordered via the mobile app and it said that we had a 25-minute wait. we actually ended up waiting 45 to 50 minutes. And our food was not fresh. I tried the new smok adobo wings, and they had no flavor so I would say trash juice. not going to recommend and not going back anytime soon I’d rather go to Walmart buy some wings throw them in the oven and call it a day
