so first off our server was awesome. my 7 year old is a very talkative kid and she humored him until i had to explain to him that she had a job to do. our food came out super fast like 3 minutes fast. the wings were cold and like rubber i could barely stick a fork in one. the server came over and ask if was ok. i said no these are pretty bad. she put in a reorder and before she returned the runner was already bringing the reorder. so like a whole minute. when she returned you could see an embarrassed look on her face. she asked how they tasted since it was buy one get one and i had already ate about 6 wings. I told her they were fine, but you could tell they had been sitting out for awhile also. now i worked at Applebee’s in my early 20s so i can understand sandbagging during your rush but this was 4 o’clock on a Thursday. i left the server a twenty and a note telling her to tell the cooks to stop sandbagging they messing with your money.

I ordered a medium fry and this is what I received. They were rubbery and cold. I wanted mild on my wings and when I tried them they were extremely spicy for me. I’m 99% sure that they put the wrong sauce on them. Everytime I’ve tried takeout from here, they screw up my order. Definitely done with this place now. Maybe it’s better to sit down and eat there, but do not order takeout.

Great location near I94, hotels shopping etc with newer BWW open restaurant layout. Sat in the restaurant side with the kids as the bar was very full. Wings and apps were great. Server was also excellent. My only complaint was we were seated by the hostesses at a filthy table without even checking it cleanliness. Sever quickly cleaned when we asked, but it gave a bad first impression to an otherwise perfect BWW outing.

Our server with his man bun was extremely slow. He was quick to take our drink order. But took 15 minutes to bring them. Then disappeared for another ten minutes before finally taking our food order. However the food was quick to come out and tasted great!

This location must have experienced a busy weekend my first two choices of beer were a no go. I settled for something else. I wanted to try the two new wing sauces which have been advertised for a month already they did not have either of them which I thought was odd since on the tables they were advertising them also. I settled for Asian zing wings. Your best bet would be to buy your own beer and sauce and make wings at home.

I ordered carryout from the bar. Upon sitting.down I was asked if I wanted anything to drink, but never offered a menu. I had to ask for the menu. The bartender and another staffer were engaged with a regular customer, but basically ignored me. I got my order, discovered the Cole slaw was missing and had to ask for that before leaving. As I approached the door, I check the bag and saw that the ranch I had ordered for the wings was missing too. I turned around and asked the waitress for that too, all the while witnessing on duty and off duty staff having a good time with a regular customer at the bar. I was not impressed with the customer service on this night.

We stopped in later in the evening Aug 2023 – were happily surprised it was still open. Big place and yeah, the 50+ tvs is impressive but arguably overkill. The service was ok; the beer was ok; the food was brutal. Could have gotten better from a convenience store. And its expensive for what you get. To pay for the unneeded tvs I suppose. Would not go back (WBW in general has gone done over the years)

There were 6 of us and all thought the food was great. Orders included trad and boneless wings, onion rings, chicken strips, and ultimate nachos. They have TVs everywhere so you could watch nascar, baseball, or other sports. Prices are reasonable and they have some great happy hour specials.
