It’s been 15 years since I’ve been to a BWW. We were close by, so we decided to stop there for a quick bite. When we got there the place wasn’t too packed, but yet service was a little slow. They only had one server ‍♀️ Overall, the food was good, and we had a decent experience. (Just wished they’d hire more servers though.) For all newcomers check it out for yourself, you won’t regret it. ✌

I really really really wanted to love the cauliflower wings. There’s so few places that understand vegetarians. However even the mildest sauce basically was too strong and ruined the taste. I’ve learned my lesson and next time I will order it without sauce or have it on the side. Their staff was amazing and extraordinarily helpful.

On my last 3 visits I had very different outcomes, on 2 of them everything was good and the service was amazing, new servers both times and they do incredible job, sadly on the other visit, the server put an extra drink on my bill, and wasn’t very good at his job, but that thing about the extra drink kills everything, when I ask him about that he just noted on the bill: ” costumer didn’t like it” No, I wasn’t I didn’t like it, I was that I don’t have that drink and he try to screw costumers. Be aware and check your bill.

I dont usually write bad reviews. But..Ordered almost 100 dollars worth of food. The food seemed old. Ordered chips with salsa and guacamole. The guacamole was dark (i get it that guacamole sometimes turn dark) but it was old tasting..tried to scrape some off but it was mostly dark. The salsa they didn’t even include. Ordered the 20/20 wings/boneless with sauce to the side. The sauce was not in the bag. Would have checked if all my order was there but I was in a rush and they placed the top box with very sticky tape closing the plastic bag. This was suppose to be dinner, was so disappointed. There was barely anyone in the restaurant. I dont know why serve old food. The chicken wings was tough. Never ordering here again.

New management has orders ready when they’re supposed to be instead of 20-45 minutes late. Very friendly staff, kudos to those working on 11/042021. The men’s bathroom flooded due to customer misuse and the matter was very quickly and professionally handled without disruption of service. Morgan is a very friendly face to be greeted by and she is very helpful.

i haven’t been here in years and now i remember why. the food always tastes like it’s been sitting for hours. the waitress was not friendly. anything we asked for they were out of. i tried substituting the shredded chicken for the breaded chicken and they were going to charge me for an additional 6 piece boneless wing even though they have the breaded chicken in the wraps. the shredded chicken tastes like canned chicken and our server took forever getting back to us even though it wasn’t busy

For the most part, this place is fine. While I feel that the chicken is better, I feel like somehow the sauce simply isn’t as good, or they are mearly skimping out on it. Other than that, minor gripe though, this place is good, good atmosphere with friendly and professional staff. While I might not come all that often, it’s still enjoyable to come in a group.
