This particular buffalo wild wings isn’t too bad. More often than not I have a good experience, but there have definitely been a fair share of mishaps here ranging from orders being incorrect to poor service. With that being said, however, the fried pickles are always fantastic. Honestly that’s mainly why we come here. The everything pretzel knots are also a favorite of mine. On this visit we ate them too fast to get a photo, but I also decided to go with something new for an entree: cheese curd bacon burger. It was okay, the burger itself was bland, but those cheese curds are absolutely packed with flavor that make it all okay in the end! It’s almost like a Lowry’s seasoning, so if that’s your cup of tea you’re going to enjoy it.

Haven’t been here in a long while and I was really disappointed by the food. I used to enjoy it especially the fries. Ordered a drink and the bartender didn’t know how to make it. Sad to say that I probably won’t be back. So sad since we don’t have a lot of good places to eat

On our way back home from our trip, we stopped by to eat and Charisma was our waitress, she was amazing with us and super friendly! She made our drinks, and got our food! Definitely recommend this place because of her!!

Disappointing, have been eating at this BWW for years, normally order the sampler appetizer because it has a little of everything. When I do eat inside I always ask if I can sub the onion rings for fry’s or potato wedges because onion rings make my stomach upset also just being honest never have really though theirs were anything to write home about. Normally this is ok, as I have asked 4-5 times now and have never been met with any resistance. Tonight I had decided to eat at home and ordered delivery which I wouldn’t normally do from BWW, I called after placing my order to ask if they would do the same thing they always do for me with this item and after a short wait am told the manager won’t allow any substitutions on this item, and that they are sorry. Makes it hard to comprehend why they would do this so many times for me in the past (btw by past I mean just 2 months ago when I was last there) but this one time without being face to face with me refuse. Either way I don’t think I will be revisiting this BWW anytime soon, their prices keep going up and their quality and service keep going down. Not only all of the above but my food was delivered without any sauces so yep pretty much a pointless order, and waste of money.

This is hit it miss on service. Go here somewhat often and we have had avg service and we have had very bad service. We have 9 kids so when we take everyone out to dinner it can be a production to do. We have gotten it down to where one of my older teenage daughters will write down all the kid’s orders, with sides for the server so they don’t have to go around the table and get it from each person individually. Most often the server greatly appreciates this as it makes everything much easier for them. We had one time a waitress misread the entire order and blamed it on not getting it from each child on her own. She then seemed to completely avoid the table, when my 8 year old asked a server that was walking by for a fork she answered very snobbishly “um, I’m not your server” and walked away. No doubt our server had told her friends that night the “we” screwed up the order and she was already sure she wasn’t getting much tip. In the end the manager did try to make things as right as she could.

Things have changed so much in the last several years. Customer service has totally went down. Wait times are longer, maybe short staffed in kitchen. Still a business trying to make money, needs to up the game not just status quo. Oh well………..right!

We order our food and are waiting patiently, 30 minutes go by and we still haven’t been checked on or gotten our food. We watched three quarters of a basketball game before we got our food, about 50 minutes. Once we got our food the fries were cold and had a cardboard texture and the bun to the burger my friend ordered was stale. We also have been waiting for our check for another 20 minutes after being done with our food.

The service was terrible the last couple times we’ve come in. Tonight was especially terrible. Never got drink refills. We got our wings w/o our fries/ranch. When the waitress EVENTUALLY came to check on us, to ask us how everything was, we had to remind her of EVERYTHING we were still waiting on. Still waited another 10min for Ranch. And then waited another 15+ min before she came back to apologize for still not receiving fries, when all the other food had already been eaten. We told her to take them off our bill cuz we weren’t gonna wait any longer. And yet, still had no drink refills. We were there over an hour.
