Took about 30 minutes to finally get my wings. After getting home I had really bad pains in my stomach and you can probably guess what comes next. Woke up feeling really sick as well. Probably gonna be a while before I go back. Bathroom floors were very sticky, usually from what I’ve experienced, if the bathrooms aren’t clean, it’s probably gonna be bad in the kitchen. Food was warm so I know it was fresh, but the wings were also still a little raw from the looks of it. Glasses at bar area were very clean. Went in Tuesday August 22nd around 10 pm. The bartender was very kind and was making sure that we were doing alright. A+ service! Kitchen needs some work. To the bartender thank you for making sure my girl got what she wanted! Again, A+ service.

The waitress was very nice. The food was really good (although the cheeseburger was a little on the greasy side). The boneless wings were good and there’s so many choices of sauces and rubs. Next time I’m going to get the tator tots instead of fries. They were crispy and good! And I hope to ‘someday’ have room left to try their desserts!! They sounded good too!

Saturday 4-15-23 at 3 pm. Food was good. Bartender was brain dead. Too busy talking to other staff members & looking off into space rather than the tasks at hand. We had to ask for silverware as well as the patrons on both sides of us. Dirty glasses & food trays everywhere. Counted tips & took 5 minutes to count change for a dollar. Definitely no Cami or Monica. This bartender clearly rides the short bus

We ordered a special and It was delicious!! I tried the new Buffalo Ranch, my husband had lemon pepper. Both were very good. Our server was very polite and helpful. This is a very nice BBW. I would recommend it.

I’ve been here a few different times over the years and have never been Impressed with the Jacksonville store. The foods mediocre at best and the service usually leaves a lot to be desired. I have been to other BWWs and had a much better experience. The Jacksonville store just doesn’t seem to be up to par with the others.

WENT TO WILD WINGS LAST NIGHT- TIME WAS AROUND 6:45 OR 7- WE ORDERED- THERE WERE 6 IN OUR PARTY- AFTER ABOUT 45 MINUTES, WE ASKED WAITRESS ABOUT OUR ORDER- SHE SAID THAT IT WAS COMING OUT- AFTER ABOUT ANOTHER 15 MIN., WE ASKED AGAIN- ONCE AGAIN, SHE SAID THAT IT WAS COMING OUT – AFTER ABOUT ANOTHER 20 MIN, WE ARE PUTTING ON OUR COATS TO LEAVE, WAITRESS COMES OVER AND TELLS US THAT THEY ARE PUTTING FOOD ON TRAY AS WE SPEAK- OK, WE GET OUT FOOD, WHICH BY THE WAY WAS COLD. Probably the cleanest place in town. Went there with a friend to grab an early dinner. We were greeded by friendly hostess, who walked us to our table. As soon as we sat down, we were given menus and offered a drink (pretty standard). They only have outside seating for now, but you can still use their washroom.
