First, I want to start off by saying I am completely and utterly disappointed in my service and more than likely won’t be back to this restaurant. Secondly, when my husband and I walked in the restaurant was pretty slow with only a couple of people in there at the moment, i want to say definitely less than 5 groups. The greeter at the front, was not in front at all and actually had to be grabbed by another employee as she was off to the siding talking with other employees and not greeting the customers. She sat us down at a table in the bar area (she was very sweet and apologized and then complimented my outfit), which was fine with us, despite the fact that there were multiple dirty tables that hadn’t been cleaned at all. We waited for about 15 minutes for our waitress to greet us, despite the fact that she was standing off in the corner and watched us be seated. When she finally came over, she proceeded to take our food order before getting our drinks. She would have continued to be oblivious to the matter until my husband looked at me and says, “Don’t you want something to drink?” She then took our drink orders, and we waited 5-7 minutes for our drinks… when she returned, she took our food order. We ordered a 12-wing combo and an appetizer of chips and salsa. Upon ordering I figured that an appetizer would come before the main course but unfortunately that is not the case at this establishment, and they brought the chips and salsa along with our meal. When our meal was brought out, it was brought out by another waitress (which again is fine but usually done in instances when the restaurant is super packed and the main waitresses are busy), our waitress only checked on us one or two other times in passing after receiving our food. I witnessed the kitchen staff coming out and sitting at a table that was littered in food and cups along with the front of house staff. There is more that I’d like to say but unfortunately, I am limited by the number of characters I’m allowed to type. Whatever you do, do not go to this restaurant.

Recently had a visit to this location and had a lovely experience. Our bartender, Amanda, was very attentive to our needs and very helpful. She answered all of our questions and ensured we had a fabulous experience. Food was quick and tasted incredible. Every employee we came in contact with was very pleasant and seemed to be happy to help! We will definitely be visiting this location again!

Went in recently to this location and wanted to highlight my experience of great service. My server Nina was very attentive and polite during me and my children’s time at this location. Order was taken fast and correctly, food came out hot and fresh. Would highly recommend her as well as this location if you are looking for fast causal food.

How does this play stay in business? The server was nice, we had to wait forever to be seated and it seems very long to receive our food. Then the food was lukewarm although my son’s chicken tenders were hot and they did seem to be able to do onion rings. The chicken wings we’re lukewarm and not particularly good at all for a place that has chicken wings in their name.

Bad service. Rude. She spent her time flirting. I’m usually a 20+% tipper, but she was lucky that I left .50 cents. She told us that she was in the middle of something and couldn’t wait on us. Her attitude sucked. The other waitresses were not any better. Never go back and won’t recommend this restaurant.

The server was great, very friendly and personable. The food was pretty good. Got the BOGO 50% on Tuesday with wifey while in town on business. Our go to choices are the Honey BBQ and the Lemon Pepper dry rub with the Queso Chili appetizer. Everything was good except the very heavy handed seasoning on the lemon pepper wings. It was only 15 wings but the amount of seasoning that was used could’ve covered 50. I will say it was also a little salter then I prefer but maybe that’s just local influence. Not complaining, just saying.

Worst experience.never coming back to this place again. It took them 40-50 min to get the food on table and it was cold. They were busy with take out orders and pretended like we did not exist there. Waitress was so rude. Didn’t even care about refilling our drinks. We forgot our leftover food box on the table and realized about it the moment we were about to reach the car. Came back to pick it but we were told they had trashed it!!

I wish I could give ZERO stars….ordered food for pick up after work at 10 (they close at midnight) picked up my food and I just can’t even believe the fries I received. They had to have been at least an hour old or older. They sounded like chips. Went in asked for fresh fries the girl came back with a container looked like she just dumped half of them out n gave me the same ones. Manager acted confused about the problem n said I can’t get a refund til the next day. Pissed me off so much especially tired from work and hungry. ZERO STARS. This is just really disappointing ESPECIALLY because of how much I love this place even though other complain to me about how much they hate it ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

Waited over an hour for food. Server could care less and seemed completely disinterested. She disappeared for awhile. Food was so so. Other tables after us got their food fairly quickly so who knows. We were a party of 3, nothing too crazy. Food wasn’t hot and wings were so small. Very disappointing meal. The only professional staff I saw was a server with glasses, everyone else kept sitting at a booth and talking, it was weird. This BWW location is the pits.
