A little over 9 months ago I had written a pretty rave review of this location as they went above and beyond at the time. Since then, we have ordered at least once each month and things have progressively gotten worse culminating to today’s visit. Our order was placed through their app and stated the food would be ready by 12:00. There were some customers inside seated and one other customer waiting for a pick-up order so by no means was the staff in the middle of a lunch rush. At 12:28 the food was finally brought out missing the extra ranch that we had paid for. Upon further inspection (of course after we had left the store) we found that 6 wings were missing, the chicken had been over cooked, very dry, and lacked sauce. This is polar opposite to the amount of sauce the location previously applied to the wings in years past. We had corrected previous issues to this point either at the time of pick-up or over the phone but after today, we are pretty irritated and don’t see the need to keep notifying the store if things don’t seem to get better. As this is the only store location within 30 miles, there are not a lot of options so would HIGHLY recommend checking your order prior to leaving as well as making sure to say something if things are wrong. It is evident with recent reviews we are not the only ones having issues but maybe, with enough feedback, management will begin to get things back to how they use to be. We will be avoiding BWW for a while in hopes they can turn things around.

I used to go here once a week, but stopped about a year ago. The service went downhill. The servers have trouble keeping up even when it isn’t busy. Because of this my food was barely warm and my beer wasn’t cold. She blamed it on the bartender being slow but it had been waiting for her to pick it up for about ten minutes. This is the same kind of service I’ve received the last several times. I hope they get more help and train better, I’d very much like to return.

I ordered carryout last night on the phone and the lady taking my order was nice. She took down all my comments and verified with me twice how I wanted one of my burgers. Well once I got ready to eat my burger it was completely wrong and the fries with everyone’s meal were horrible – old, stale, and cold. I immediately called to speak to the manager on duty. I waited over 8m to then have someone come on the phone and tell me the manager was too busy to take my call. She asked if she could help to which I said no this is a manager issue in order to give me a refund. She took down my name and said he will call me back and I had to ask her twice if she wanted my number and to verify I would get a call back the same night. I waited all night to hear back and got nothing.

I would like to start this review by saying this was hands down the best dinning experience i’ve ever had. Our waiter Isaac was the most eccentric and enthusiastic waiter I have ever encountered, my boyfriend’s food came out incorrect and Isaac noticed it before we even did and immediately sent it back to get it fixed . The food was delicious as always but the service was the best part, you could tell Isaac loved his job and really enjoyed putting a smile on his customers faces. I will definitely be returning to this establishment.

Ok place. Anxious to try General Tso sauce on wings. Not great. Tasted just like sauce from frozen Asian food found in grocery store. Overly sweet without any heat. Server was over the top friendly. Almost too much.

I believe this is one of the best BDubs we have been too! The food was hot and cooked correctly not too dry and not under cooked! We sat ourselves at the bar and our bartender was on it! Definitely only coming back to this one!
