I reviewed Buffalo Wild Wings a couple of years back as a 3 star eatery but the atmosphere, freshness of food, quality and service was 5 stars today. Brad aka B-Rad was bartending and waiting tables. Handsdown the best 5 star customer rep in any food establishment. They also remodeled the place to open the space. Food was hot and service times were minimal.

Our waitress Tina was wonderful. You can tell she loves her job and has just great energy. I’m one to finish drinks quick and she gave me 2 drinks in return haha. She checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Thank you Tina for making our experience great. We will definitely ask for her in the future if she is in. I haven’t even left the parking lot writing this review lol. Give her a raise! 8/24/23

It’s really a zero. No electronics worked so we could not redeem our points which defeated the entire purpose of our trip there, our poor waiter had zero training and was clueless, then when we decided to stay and order food, after waiting a while we were told they ran out of what we wanted-Asian zing sauce. We asked to cancel everything. We had 3 sodas we could not finish but she insisted on charging us, then she overcharged us. She blamed everything on the poor waiter that was very nice but needed more training.

Bottom line this place has no management. It was dirty and you got the feeling like none of the employees cared if you were there or not. Good is average. They, for sure, are no longer the leaders in the wing war. They’re wings, nothing special, and definitely not better than their competitors.

If i could give the service a 0 I would. There was 10 people tops for lunch and we saw our server twice if even that. He said he was training but it looks like he needed to be retrained for the attitude he had when we walked out and the distasteful joke he tryed to make when we were ordering. We waited 45 minutes for our food before we left needing to get back to our own jobs. 10 out if 10 wouldn’t recommend.

Tonight I had my first experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Covington, LA and it was excellent. Makayla and Melissa were so helpful and welcoming. I really didn’t know what I wanted and Makayla was so patient to help me figure out some dinner options. The facility was very clean and nice as far as what I could see. In addition, they gave me great information about their rewards program and how to sign up. Lastly, my food came out hot and fresh within minutes. I will definitely be back again!
