I tried to place an order online & kept getting errors, so I downloaded the app & STILL was unable to place an order for pickup.. through my frustration & hunger I decided to spend a little more & order through DoorDash. I’ve ate here before with no issues but today felt like such a setback! When my driver arrived at this location the food wasn’t ready & he ended up having to wait about 30min before he finally was able to receive my food to deliver to me… from the moment I first tried to order to the time I actually got my food was almost 2hrs… I understand technical issues & could of been more understanding of their difficulties during a rush, but it’s Monday & I don’t see that being such a busy day imo…. When I received my food I was still prepared to give 5 stars to BWW because I always enjoy their food, but my wings were dry!, I had 1 wing out of 10 that actually tasted fresh, my fries were half heavily seasoned & half no season, & my wings also weren’t fully sauced (lots of bald spots without sauce)… I know not everyone enjoys dropping in sauce wings; but is it too much to have wings fully sauced & seasoned fries to be covered accurately & constantly?… I would give 3 stars but the food still tasted great, I just wish they had people who know how to season fires & sauce wings with accuracy!

We came in and sat in the bar area. Sid did a great job, she was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. The wings were good, but the street tacos were extremely salty so we probably won’t order those again. Otherwise it was good.

We went on a Sunday morning around noon, and we were seated immediately. Once seated, we waited for 48 minutes for our food to come out. The reason my review is still 5 stars is because our server continually checked on us and apologized several times for the wait time on the food. The food was great when it came out, a little disappointed the fries weren’t hot, but the rest was great.

Waited five minutes to be greeted, finally decided to seat ourselves. Hardly anyone in the restaurant. Waitress wanted to move us, told her we weren’t moving. Food took forever to arrive. Food was overcooked and pretty much sucked. Waitress did not check on us. She didn’t get a tip, which is rare for us.

The service was a little slow to seat us and to get our orders, but they were a little busy. The appetizer we ordered (buffalo chicken tots) were delicious and flavorful, but my Sauceda traditional wings were a little dry (lacking the sauce) when I asked for more sauce to actually cover my wings the waitress mentioned that I would be charged .60 which isn’t a huge deal, if the wings were covered in sauce to begin with. I did eat my wings with the cold sauce she brought out, but had these exact wings at a different location only days prior and they were delicious. We probably wouldn’t go back to this specific location because of the slow service and the inconsistency in the food.

I’m not a sports guy at all, but I still enjoy this environment. Theres nothing quite like discounted wings of ranging heat, alcohol, T.V., and the occasional upset on screen that sends the entire restaurant into an uproar, causing you to almost choke on a celery stick. To top it off you have great servers, management, and the food is good! I’d go here again. Also, the remodel is looking good.

This place has some great servers however I went in for the hamburger/ promotion and was told they ran out of hamburger patties. I have been going there since last football season and there seems to be an issue regularly after fight night on kitchen staff setting out the patties for thawing for the next day.
