Yesterday I went to eat again, and for the third time in less than a month I had an unpleasant experience, I spent 30 minutes waiting for the waiter or waitress, nobody came to serve us, the waitresses were all talking together in a kitchen or something like that, a waiter came 5 times to the table on one side, the other waiter came 4 times to the table in front, there were only those two tables with people and us!!!! what a lack of respect I had to leave without eating my favorite wings, you, the company and the manager definitely have to do something with the staff that works there. No one in that place has the slightest idea of what customer service is!!

Good place to watch Several games at once and they’re Always so nice about tuning in to something different on the screens I appreciate the enthusiasm as well when they have a favorite Good place to snack on some yummies such as the trio dippers and the bone-in/bone-out wing specials!! August 18 2023 I ordered my food from the Buffalo wild wings in Nacogdoches Texas. I ordered 20 Parmesan and 10 lemon peppers with bones so I called and told them that my order was wrong and the manager told me she was sorry she tried to offer me free ranch and I told her I drove 25 minutes to pick up my food. How are you going to offer me some free ranch at that point I just wanted my money back the worst experience I have ever had with them

Great place to have some wings, burgers, etc, and watch the game. Atmosphere is good, especially when an Astros game is on . We enjoy playing Blazin’ Trivia on the app. Staff has always been friendly and never had a bad time. Price is about what you’re going to pay anywhere else for what you’re getting.
