My team and I visit Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch often. We are always warmly welcomed in by Marc. The last few times we have been served by Haley and Emily. They are both very friendly and offer great service. I love the lunch special. I always get the traditional wings with medium sauce. They never disappoint. We get in, get out, and on with our day. 5 star all the way!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Everything went wrong with our takeout order, this is not the first time either. More than 25 minutes past our promised takeout time. The person working the takeout station was overwhelmed and seems ill-suited for this type of work. We were shorted 10 wings when they finally brought our food out. This took another ten minutes to fix. We asked the staff member working to get additional help. The manager arrived and brought the missing wings out. The manager then left again, even though there was at least 5 other parties needing help. The website charged us $1.50 per blue cheese, when the site says pick up to 4, but doesn’t tell you you’re being charged for each blue cheese. We got our food home and the wings were extremely overdone, like they’d been left under heat lamps for hours. We enjoy crispy wings but several of the wings were inedible because they were so overcooked. The fries and tenders were cold, my family had to microwave the food to heat it up, and we live 7 minutes away from the restaurant.

This is the place to be if you’re looking for good food and a fun atmosphere. The menu features an extensive selection of wings, with a wide variety of sauces and flavors to choose from. The wings are cooked to perfection and served hot and fresh, and the sides and appetizers are equally enjoyable. But you don’t just come here for the wings, the atmosphere is casual and upbeat, making it the perfect spot to watch the big game or enjoy some good food and drinks with friends. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the bar has a wide variety of beers and cocktails.

We love Buffalo Wild Wings normally. Saturday night was my first visit to this location and I will never go back.

Meri, my server/bartender was great. The Buffalo Ranch wings were a bit spicy for my taste but I’m a pansy. The onion rings were great and the drink was the best.

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of the only chain restaurants I like, despite the usual hit-or-miss service. I have been to numerous BBWs on the front range and was excited one was opening close to me in the Springs. The first few months after this location opened were rough, but it seems like they may have ironed out a few wrinkles based on my experience yesterday. Our food was ready quickly, was delicious, and staff including the manager on duty on the pickup side was so friendly and expedient!

We came in at about 3:10 this afternoon for a late lunch/early dinner. There were about 4 other tables occupied, not terribly busy. We were greeted and seated and told that our server would be by shortly. We saw 2 other tables seated after us. We waited for 15-20 minutes and no server ever came to our table. We saw 4-6 of the wait staff hanging out at a table near the kitchen and no one acknowledged us. As we got up to leave we had to get their attention so that we could return the menus. This is not the first time we have had poor service at this location, but we wanted to give them another chance.

My girlfriend and I went today for the Blazing hot challenge. I really enjoyed the challenge but the chicken was a little overcooked and slightly hard – it happens. I ate 9 of the 12 in 6 min and took another couple of minutes to eat the final 3. The sauce was delicious, and hot.. 🙂 I’m happy with the service, atmosphere, dining experience, menu options, prices, and sauce selections. We are return customers.

When we arrived we could be sat in a booth with less than a half full restaurant because 15 tables were not cleaned or bussed. We sat within minutes, at a booth as requested. We were immediately welcomed which was nice, until we saw our waitress 3 more times over about 20 minutes waiting on a strawberry lemonade. Once we got our lemonade our order was taken and we were quickly informed that food isn’t served as a party it will be brought individually. Fine. I watched my wife eat her cold Buffalo chicken wrap and cold fries for about 20 minutes before I was brought my Buffalo chicken boneless wings. When I finally got my food, I went to bite into a wing and it was hard, stale, way over sauced and cold to the touch. However, my fries were fresh and hot unlike my wife’s French fries. I waited about 15 minutes for my server (who didn’t bring me my food, another server did) came to the table to ask how everything was. At this point I was very agitated and politely asked for the meal to just be taken off my bill. I have noticed eating out in COS is, 100% hit or miss anywhere you eat. We will probably give bdubs another shot, but maybe at a different location. For a brand new location the management team is far from striving to make a name for itself. Maybe we caught it at a bad time, but for being as dead as it was at 2 pm on a Saturday, I feel as thought the food and service should have been superior. There was no rush, and no reason to be slacking behind the bar, on the floor or in the kitchen. Overall experience 3/10 at best
