The food and atmosphere were typical Buffalo Wild Wings fare. Nothing remarkable, but adequate. We had very attentive and helpful service from our waitress Ayla, who while she seemed to be relatively new to waiting tables, made sure our order was handled promptly and efficiently with friendly and polite service. She seemed like a genuine bright spark and a real asset to an otherwise fairly uninspiring restaurant

I placed an order to-go that was apparently taken by another Dasher or other customer. I was not informed of this until I arrived at the restaurant, and had to wait another half hour for my food to be re-prepared. The manager was apologetic, but the mere fact that people can just walk in and take someone else’s order is just shameful. Either budget for more people and pay them decently, or change the system so it doesn’t require constant oversight from someone who may be forced to do other jobs.

Been to other BWW’s and the wings were fatty and not good. Not the case here. Me and my daughter Emily are on our 2 week trip across the USA to eat and sometimes bad food. The service here was excellent, and the wings we ordered were Great! Non fatty wings, all meat, and very delicious. Wings and fries were hot, and hot fries are hard to get anywhere today. Food came out fast and we were very happy we left the rude Applebees down the road to come here. We rate everything we eat from 1 to 10, with 8-10 being reserved for the finest of eats. We both give these wings a 9 rating/EXCELLENT. GREAT JOB GUYS xxx Bill and Em know food

This place is so hit or miss. It feels as though they are understaffed, but the staff they do have is fantastic! Also the food is good but the order comes out wrong so frequently. When it comes out right, it’s delicious of course! The last thing that is frustrating is it is over priced. I can’t go there without spending $100 for a family of 6 and that’s with people sharing wings and meals. There are loads of places in town that are much more affordable.

Horrible service! We sat our table for 15 minutes before anyone took our drink order and then it took another 15 minutes to get our drinks. Then the food took a long time and then we got overcharged and it took awhile to get a manger to change it to the right price. Awful experience and we were there for over 2 hours for a simple lunch!

Great food, expensive prices, lots of tvs – exactly what I expected of BW3s! This place was clean, friendly staff, even the manager was cooking and not just sitting around. I DID have 1 chicken missing but my husband had an extra boneless so I didn’t complain. Will definitely go back – also, they should play PBR, not lacrosse on tv! My picky son was thrilled with their burgers!

Typically, a chain is a chain. But Zack and Ginger really make a difference in this place. The service is personal every time we go & they even makes it a point to say hi in public. We enjoy every chance we get to sit with either one of them.
