If we could give it no stars we would. We have been to this location 3 times and finally we are done. Day old tasting fries that even ranch can’t help. Guacamole was sour and the queso was like water and room temperature. Sitting there we heard the waitress with green hair ask the hostess if she told her table full of Hispanics that she doesn’t speak English! Our waiter stood in front of us for 5 minutes trying to put in our order and didn’t say what the hell he was doing. He took another tables order sitting down. Of course you talk to a manager and none of them care anyway. Everytime we come here, the service and food are HORRIBLE!

Visited at lunch time. No wait time and sat right down. Food was delicious and as expected Seemed like they were a little short staffed but wasn’t anything that turned into a problem. Had a new waitress and she did great! Wanted to make sure we were happy and taken care of.

Just stopped in for a quick bite. I ordered the ultimate nachos, and I must say they were less than desirable. Chips were cold and old, and chicken was Shredded and cold. I would say the best thing was the guacamole on the top. Usually love BWW but was pretty disappointed this trip. Maybe next time will be better. Service was great though.

The food was good. The alcoholic drinks also great but some came stronger than others. The service was not so great. Waitress had company, so she was rather busy with that. My food came with no silverware. When I asked for some, I was given plasticware for to go orders from the waitresses daughter, who said she didn’t work there.

Don’t order bird dawgs from here. Literally the saddest looking thing I’ve ever seen. Effort was basically a 0. I can’t believe they sent something looking like this out to a customer. I also asked for original Buffalo sauce and I’m 90% sure it was not. There also was no ranch on it.

One of the worst experiences at a Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever had. The wings were rock-hard with almost no meat. It would be safe to say 90 percent was breading. The wings were so tough it was as if they were cooked, frozen, reheated in a microwave… then left out again. After coming back from Army training, I was starving, so I tried to eat it as best i could. The beer definitely helped. The salad was also wilted, and the service was extremely lacking. The ambiance was one where not even the server wanted to be there.
