I would have given this place 5 stars 2-3 years ago, but my current rating is just 1 star. The decline in food quality and service is evident. We placed an order for pickup but kindly asked if we could change that to dine in since the order was placed not that long ago. The cashier went to ask the manager (or his supervisor, don’t remember who he said he was going to ask) and according to the manager, the request was denied due to a vague “we can’t because today is a special day” reason. We did not press further since it was evident they did not want to follow our request which usually would be fine but I thought it was unusual. All we asked is if we could eat the food we placed for pick up inside the restaurant but we could not. Usually this is understandable if the restaurant had a line or was packed with customers, but neither were the case. We sat down on a table to wait for our to go order since it still needed 10-15 minutes to be ready and while sitting we were greeted by two lovely servers(each at separate times) who tried to take our order. We told them each we were waiting for our pick up order that we already paid but the truth is that we were not allowed to dine in. It’s baffling that we couldn’t dine in when they weren’t that busy. The chicken wings was disappointingly dry and possibly reheated, leading to a worst case of food poisoning for my husband and I. Regrettably, my expectations for a satisfying meal were unmet, resulting in a waste of money.

Location not up to par, 1st time to this location and expected Bdubs to meet expectations! My wife and I ordered queso and chips, with cheese very watery. The wings and tater tots arrived at table with the tots overcooked. See photo attached server was nice and friendly, not the quickest to ensure we were happy with our meal. She did correct the tater tots concern.

this establishment is poorly run. a clear lack of management skill and business acumen is evident in every aspect of the business. hosts are not well trained, servers are often not in a good mood, and I don’t blame them, the kitchen is ALWAYS backed up, and I get that too, there’s not enough staff. Waiters are over-worked and there’s not enough of them, either. There is a huge market for this kind of establishment in the area, I wish there was a manager or district manager or something that could turn this place around, I’d love to be able to go to this place and watch a game without having to sit and wait for an hour to get my order only to have the wrong thing brought to my table

I place an order of 3 plate and 2 of them were the same. The person who take the order said it will be 15 mins and I wait almost half hour on top of that when I got home to enjoy the meal not even 1 dip and I was supposed to get 2. If you not eating in the restaurant check your food before you go. Oh and the restaurant was empty too. But they still forgot dip.

Awful! I knew there was a reason I hadn’t been here in years. There was a lengthy wait which I didn’t mind. Fries were cold. Not acceptable! No I don’t want more it should of been hot to begin with. As big as the wings were they weren’t cooked long enough. Not edible. Burger wasn’t done all the way. My server service was not good. She wasn’t attentitive. Train your staff to act like they want to work. She didn’t deserve a tip but I did tip her. If she didn’t want to work she should of stayed home. No I’m not filling out a form. You can still address your staff from this platform. From all these recent negative reviews I just read seems to me your just taking folks money with poor service and nasty food smh. You will never get another dime from me

We showed up on a Tuesday at 5:15pm and ended up waiting for 45 min for a table for two. The place looked sad, like it’s not hyped up and fun like usually BDubs is. They were completely understaffed, with 80% of the dining tables open and probably only 3 servers and at least 30 people waiting to be seated. I suggest you avoid this location.

Saturday night 04/29/23 A lovely Miss Sarah took such wonderful care of my family and I- the was a big group of us (8) she made sure that we all had everything that we needed.
