Our family has come here many times and it’s always been a poor experience. We live close by and love BWW so I’ve avoided posting a negative review but today was just too much to ignore. Basically read all the 1-star reviews and know they are all true. The manager is a very angry woman who could care less if you’re happy or not. I feel bad for the employees who have to work under such poor and incompetent leadership.

I’ve gone to Buffalo Wild Wings once or twice a week for the last year or two for sports. Great deals on food and drinks. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The new change to NOT taking credit card tabs and forcing online orders for people sitting at the bar are awful. The site barely works and service is bad. I had to ask a server to even get the second round and the site lost my information making me reenter everything. You can only get 2 sauces for 20 wings with no exception. Don’t go here if you dont have cash

Absolute trash service. Made an order on the Buffalo wild wings website, was charged a dollar by Buffalo wild wings to do so, my order was not ready until 20 minutes after the pick up time. Was told “ there was a large order ahead of us” after 15 minutes of waiting in the special to go room. What a joke. No large parties. No manager.

If you like BWW don’t come to this one. When we arrived there was maybe 15 customers and a ton of empty seats. Waited 10 minutes at the front to be seated then another 10 to be served, had to get the attention of someone. Wewatched people show amd leave because no one seated them. Witnessed manager and other employees chatting it up in the kitchen instead of atteending to customers. When we finally got our food it was missing items. The bar tendress was working overtime to attend all the people at the bar. Saw some people move their seats to the bar to hope and get better service but there’s only so much 1 bar tender can do. Please hire more people, or better peoppe.
