Our order was scheduled via the app for 6:20pm. I arrived early and the order wasn’t ready until 6:30, along with multiple door dash orders and such going on. Simply observing it was obvious there wasn’t much urgency by visible staff. Besides this (which we would’ve understood) our ENTIRE order was cold and mushy. We live about 5 minutes from the BWW To Go establishment. Very concerning especially since my wife is 8 months pregnant; who knows how long that food was sitting out. She wasn’t able to eat including the wings we redeemed with our app reward. I would like this situation rectified immediately, considering we had to purchase a different meal for my pregnant wife due to food safety concerns.

Ordered 50 wings online would only let me pick 2 flavors. 3 min after paying online to the point were they couldnt even see the order until they found it while on the phone. I called and asked them if they can please do 3 flavors and they told me they couldn’t that the wings were already made when its only been 3 min ( Like they made the wings before orders and just had to sauce them) but the order is still scheduled for 40 min til I’m scheduled to pick up. i ordered ranch but got blue cheese which is not that bad if they could of helped with the flavoring or Warm wings. I got wings cold and only 2 flavors. Don’t know why the online told me wait 40 min when the wings were supposedly done in 3 min. So after spending over $60 I was stuck bringing cold wings to a super bowl party and only 2 flavors because they refuse to give me 3 or more flavors 3 min after paying. Very rude and not very caring about the quality or even getting the order correct

I ordered a 10 piece boneless and 6 piece boneless online. For some reason I was only able to select one flavor for my 10 piece online so I placed the order for lemon pepper dry seasoning and called in to get the order modified. I had to call the location 3 times before someone answered and when they finally answered I told the female about my issue and she reassured me that she would modify the order, but when my wings came in they were all dry lemon pepper. I then called back to let them know about the discrepancy and a male named Abel answered the phone and told me that he was the only one working and that I might’ve called the other location. I informed him that his location was the only location that I called. I then asked is it possible that the calls are redirected to other locations but he told me that it wasn’t possible for the calls to be redirected but I might have talked to someone at the other location. How Sway??? If your location is the only one that I’ve called how is it possible that I talked to someone at the other location if the calls aren’t automatically redirected? Abel then proceeded to tell me to just accept my loss and that maybe next time I should place the order properly. What do you mean Abel? How can I if you allow random people to answer the phone in your store and reassure your customers that their orders will be modified when they don’t even work there. This situation is utterly ridiculous and I’m really taken aback by the ordeal. Someone please make it make sense.

Stay away at all costs. Order was all wrong except fries. Door dash refused to fix the issue because she said this location is above the thresh hold of errors and cannot help us. Called the store and male manager said sorry nothing I can do. I even offered to drive to get the order. Sorry nothing I can do. Never again.

Don’t go here. I have given this place multiple tries and each time they have forgotten items and gave bad food. I’ve gotten wings that literally had no sauce on them, or when it does it is little spots and basically plain with the sauce on the side. The wings dont taste fresh either. Just go to the one by the interstate, it is 100 times better.

Had someone steal my order from the window before grubhub driver made it there. Cayanah (if I spelt it right) delt with the issue and made sure I had had hot food within 20 minutes. Great service and a solid employee!

Took 10+ min to get acknowledged by staff for pick up order. Careless customer service. Waited in lobby 1 hour passed pick up time. The icing on the cake was that the food wasn’t up to par and the order was partially missing. I hate writing bad reviews. I hope they improve on their business practices. In the meantime, you’ve been warned friends. And yes Buffalo, I filled out the FAQ.
