My experience was the worst!!! I first called the place. No one answer thought to myself they are super busy when I get there , I purposely called. No one answered. The cook didn’t even greet me or say hey just give me one min they went to the restroom! the manager was in the bathroom , it took him about 15 mins to come out. I was honestly going to leave but he came out, so decided to stay and order , he attended me as he was on a FaceTime call. Didn’t care to hear my order. I asked for all flats he gave me drums too , asked for extra wet didn’t even hear me. Dry tasting like chemicals and not how I ordered them. They were overly cooked too hard as a rock Neither of them were wearing a hairnet. The gentleman in the back was cleaning the fryers. My wings came out tasting like chemicals. The manager still left the poor guy in the back alone and went to go get himself a drink and didn’t even apologize for the time there. Didn’t even eat the wings and spent almost $50. So disappointed. I also called so many times they never answer. DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. lost a valued customer, to be honest I’m so grossed out don’t think I can go to any buffalo anymore!!!!

This location is very convenient as it’s centrally located (time wise) between the Chicago Ridge and Berwyn Locations for myself. It was very easy to place the order online for pickup. I arrived at the restaurant as specified after my online purchase for when my order would be ready. The order was displayed in the screen near the pickup bin area. Grab your order and “GO”. I did check my order once in my car and noticed three extra side sauces were missing. I went back in and explained to one of the employees and she quickly acknowledged the mistake, gave me the sauces and an extra fry for the inconvenience. I want too upset about the mistake as you should always double check your order before leaving anyhow.

I just love this place and the workers in there are absolutely amazing. Greeted me cheerfully as I walked in politely took my order and let me take my time as well the suggestive sales helped a lot as well. The food was absolutely delicious. I could taste all the love in the food they made me. Definitely coming back. The ladies who assisted me were more than helpful, if you’re thinking about trying this restaurant I’d ask for Shay, Sasha, and Tekoa! Thank ladies

Half of my order was wrong, food was not cooked all the way. My kid didn’t receive her Tenders but Hot wings instead. The staff on 4-1-23 needs to be reevaluated and or fired and replaced.

Tekoa and Angela gave me great service. My food was fresh. My wings were juicy. My fries were crisp and seasoned well. I was given clearer instructions on how to use the app. I needed the extra help and they both provided it. Thank you. I will be coming back here.

Placed an order, went inside to get it and nobody even greeted me, my wings were dry,they barely had sauce, the tots were good but the ranch wasn’t good either the flavor was off. They didn’t give me my drinks and when I went to ask for them the lady said she needed to check what drinks they were, handed me the cups and said “I’m not gonna do it for you, they’re over there” which to me felt like an unnecessary comment.
