STAY AWAY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Worst food ever!! We waited for our food after the promised time to get home 7mins from the location to find our wings and sides cold. I called and spoke to the manager (SUNNY) she informed me that it hard to believe that our food was cold due to having a warmer at the location. Our food never made it to the warmer seeing we waited for it to come out. Sunny didn’t care. She informed me that I should call corporate about my complaints. Totally sucks to spend $80 and have cold food that was not eatable. Recommend staying away from this location as it not a SUNNY experience it’s a STORMY one!!!!!

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I hadn’t read reviews and noticed the place a few weeks ago driving by and decided to give it a chance today. When I walked in for pick up the employees took more than five minutes to approach me at the counter but they were having loud conversations hanging out. The face and attitude I was given was offensive and unnecessary. The young lady handed me a bag with multiple items missing that added up to more than $15. The food itself was not warm, the celery was brown, and the wings were not dipped sufficiently. They were dry!

You used to have the best side salad with thick shredded parmasean cheese and white wine vinaigrette. Now you have generic mixed cheese and some onion vinaigrette. It’s absolutely disgusting. I used to order 6 salads in a day, that’s how much I loved them. PLEASE bring it back or tell me how you made the vinaigrette!!!

Food it’s good , employees do their job but yes it might take longer than usual or expected but who would work in those hot conditions….no Central air , I was inside for 15 minutes and omg my head started hurting. Too hot for someone to work like that and still have a great attitude…..

I have ordered from here 3 times and my order has only been right the second time. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but just yesterday I placed an order online for pick up, and I didn’t receive half of my order and got completely different things. I ordered 26 boneless wings(10 wild, 10 mango habanero, and 6 spicy garlic) with fries and onion rings. I received 16 traditional spicy garlic and 10 traditional mango habanero, no fries no onion rings. I called to explain and they said “we don’t have boneless wings, fries, nor onion rings”. The only thing the website told me they were sold out of, was lemon pepper dry seasoning. So why not call me to tell me instead of charging me for something I did not order. I downloaded the app to submit an complaint and I haven’t gotten a response.

Can’t believe this location is in business. Super slow. Order was supposed to be ready by 10pm we order at 9pm. Over an hour waiting after the time it was supposed to be ready. And we weren’t the only ones. About 10 customers also upset at the same time waiting and waiting and couldn’t get an update on when the order would be ready. Most also requested a refund. Management is a joke here. Some workers there don’t care.
