Today is opening day. We were very excited about this location opening, even though it is a go location. They do have limited seating available inside. We ordered online around 5:30 for an online pick up at 6:30 and they were so backed up that people were saying that their order was supposed to be ready over 30 minutes ago. Our order ended up being 45 minutes late, but given it is their first day, I expected hiccups. We will not let this experience keep us from coming back, however I would say give them some time to work out the kinks. Updated 7/21/22. We did a mobile order again. The food was supposed to be ready at 6:50 and they told us it would be at least 30 more minutes, if not an hour.

Food was great and service was very friendly. Staff did apologize multiple times for order delays on opening day which was very understandable considering how excited we are in Western Shawnee to get some new dining options! We are happy to have this addition to our neighborhood and will be going back for sure.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Started with calling in an order with a coupon. The woman on the phone told us we would be okay to use the coupon when we get to the store and check out. We get to the store when our food is supposed to be ready they tell us 30 more minutes. We come back to get our food. Overhear a lady saying how “stupid” we were for thinking we could use the coupon. They did not honor our coupon and the lady continued to speak unprofessionally and nasty about us to her manager while we hear her. Note that there is a take out fee when this establishment is take out oriented. Do not waste your time

Worst Hamburger I have ever paid for outside a concession stand and most of those are better. Tasted just like a pre-cooked frozen burger you would buy at a grocery store and heat up in the microwave.

Why is there a charge for carry out…how is this different from EVERY SINGLE food establishment in the country. There is no seating inside, why are you charging only to have people sit and wait in the tiny waiting area.
