Placed a mobile order for 10 boneless “classic buffalo.” I’m not sure what the ingredients are in that sauce, but what I received was essentially 10 tenders in an oil bath with essence of buffalo. The oil leaked through the paper box and coated everything inside the bag. Tried to eat a few, but there was no flavor on these wings. Ended up throwing them out and making a sandwich instead.

I was so excited to get this BBW. Today I ordered and did pickup. I got uncooked fried pickles. If they don’t have enough staff to produce a quality standard product, the area/district managers need to be fired. They are not giving the store manager the tools they need to be successful. The wings were not tossed, the sauce was just globbed on. The ranch was not BBW ranch. AND the item I was craving was horrible. My first visit, will be the last.

I’ve tried and tried. Probably at least 5 times since this location opened during covid to have a good experience with the quality of their food and service. Was hoping to see some recent positive reviews and try again tonight. Glad I checked the latest reviews as it appears nothing has changed with the quality of their service and food quality. So disappointing. At this point, I would recommend not rewarding this location with your hard earned $ as they either can’t find quality ownership, management or help. I have never sent a review of any kind for any other establishment in this area so I have to assume it’s the franchise ownership. I recommend stay away until something changes. Hope this is heard by the franchise owner and BWW management. I truly feel sorry to post a negative review, but I’ve spent too much money experimenting with this location to realize they don’t care about the quality of their service. Most of the newer negative reviews are responded with a request to fill out a survey questionnaire. Would love to see what actions they’re taking to address the responses, but sadly I think it’s just lipstick on a pig. Sorry, y’all lost our business tonight but I felt I had to share my opinion.

I was so excited to have this spot in our area and have tried them multiple times and very few of those times did we recieve quality fresh food. Last night we placed a delivery order and the food we got was old and it was very disappointing considering the amount of money paid. Maybe you all should start doing quality checks before sending orders out.
