What a perfect location on the corner of Guilbeau & Bandera. I was pleased to see the menu still offered all of the flavors! Menu is limited to what Buffalo Wild Wings does best, wings with 2 sandwich options and some sides. We got to try their new limited time flavor, Jammin’ Jalapeño and it was delicious! Same great Wings, New express location! I think we found our new go-to wing spot! Staff was so friendly and didn’t mind us eating at one of the few tables available. Can’t wait to come back and try more flavors!

Usually always get from this location for football Sunday. Probably 15+ times since September. They’re usually pretty good. However this Super Bowl Sunday will be the absolute last time I ever order from here again. I played my order a WEEK in advance. Upon arriving at my scheduled pick up time, the entire building was full of probably 60+ people. Arguably the busiest they’ve ever been (it’s superbowl so that’s expected). However there is one thing that ruined not just mine but everyone’s experience who ordered directly from the store. The cashier had mentioned that DoorDash and UberEats orders take priority over actual orders placed with the store. This is absolutely unacceptable. How are you going to prepare someone’s food who literally just ordered on a 3rd party app before your customers who had ordered days in advance. Ended up waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled pick up time and they said it would most likely be another 30 minutes minimum (probably longer). At this point I was going to miss the game so I cancelled my order and left. My Super Bowl party was without wings this year. They have lost a customer for life.

I called to place an order for a 10pc wing for $9.99 then with all the extra fees it ended up being double. She told me they charge a take out fee even though THEY ARE ONLY TAKE OUT. It’s ridiculous. Go to the regular restaurant this place is scamming.

Girl at the register asked us if we want drinks with out meal we say yes. Then the ice machine is out we go to tell her and she’s like oh yeah our machine is out so I told her ok just refund my drinks she tells me they have to do it in the back and it will take 2 days so I tell her ok just give me the bottle soda and she trys to charge me 8 dollars for 3 sodas I told her so let me get this straight you up sold us drinks knowing your ice machine was broken and then expect me to be cool with hot soda so she rolled her eyes NEVER did she say sorry and she just gave me the bottle sodas and went to the back without saying a word GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
