On the app this location didn’t show as an option to order online (probably because it just opened) but I placed a phone order and the girl was very friendly and didn’t seem thrown off or confused like happens a lot when placing phone orders. The wings were ready for pick up within 20 minutes, bagged up and ready to go with the extras I’d asked for. They even checked for my rewards number so that they could enter it in for me when I paid, which I appreciated. Everything was accurate and the wings were the same quality as from the full size restaurant. Overall a very fast and easy experience when I expected there to be some growing pains with it being new.

Went for for the first time to check it out, food was ok just ok you really have to check your order carefully before you leave, they really need to get rid of the tip icon when you purchase your food, my thoughts why tip , when your forgetting my items I ordered, and I have to tell you it not in my bag, there is a wait time, they cook to order, I won’t be back i am not a fan of this place, I feel other wings places taste better. Just my opinion, and pricey for what you get

Today was our first time ordering at BWW GO at the Prasada location. I was on hold for more than 25 min with no answer, twice. I ordered online. Picked up our food for a family of 4. Our burgers were loaded with tons of salt. The patty’s tasted as if the salt shaker cap came off and salt poured on the patty’s. I called in to simply report this. We like salty food and were unable to eat our burgers. I spoke to Jeremy who says he is the manager and he cooked the burgers himself. He was short with me. He did offer a gift card. Jeremy made horrible burgers, Jeremy has bad phone etiquette and lacks customer service. Rather than take accountability, this manager continued to explain how busy they are. My family won’t be eating at this location again. Highly advice to drive 7 min to the BWW on Bell Rd.
