We came in to watch the Orioles game. Staff was quick to greet, after that non existent and very clueless. Place was very slow and there was no excuse to be this uninvolved. If there was a manager present they should be fired for not having these folks motivated.

I showed up around 3pm for late lunch. While several tables were occupied and servers were tending to them, there was no-one available at the front desk, no greeter, even after I had made eye contact with servers and they saw I was waiting. After about 10 minutes someone else showed up, and I told them I’d been waiting a long time. They started calling in to the kitchen, and when they got no reply they just walked in to it. At this point, I left.

As a Buffalonian, I’m usually disappointed by the wings at restaurants down south, but let me say these guys NAIL it. These were the best, most authentic, Buffalo wings I have had since living in Buffalo. All topped with fantastic service! Well done guys!

Everything was great, I just chose a sauce I didn’t really like, and forgot that BWF doesn’t really matter their boneless wings the way I like. In general it’s a great wing joint, but it’s not my favorite because I like breaded boneless with a medium buffalo wet sauce and I chose poorly.

Coming out of the restroom I saw our server sneeze on his hand and didn’t wash it. Also have to ask for ranch for the wings, ask for silverware and ask for more water. I am not sure if our server is new to this job but definitely need a lot of training. What I experienced last night makes me not wanting to go back there.
