Wow! Never been to this buffalos before. Can’t seem to understand why I would come back…as a member of the fine dining industry for years, I can tell how the service is running in a restaurant. Our table’s server was excellent (Reagan) and was working hard the entire time we were sitting waiting for food and drink. I understand what happens when an employee is “cut” for the night, but watching multiple employees sit down and eat next to our table while also getting their food first is mind numbingly unexplainable. It was 45 minutes until we got sat when the hostess expected 20 minutes. We ordered all you can eat wings an hour before it ended and didn’t receive the first round until the deal ended. Preposterous. Can’t believe that employees are allowed to sit down and eat in the dining room while still in uniform and customers haven’t received their food. Extremely unprofessional, clearly management is non-existent.

Staff at times seems completely uninterested. Having to ask for straw when the waitress disappears and then having no lemons I asked for twice politely so when ordering isn’t a deal breaker. BUT when we had to keep asking for drinks to be re-filled got irritating. I asked about my fries and her only response was “oh I forgot!”. How does that help me!? A couple of times when we asked for a refill – she would bring the new drink cup and say: “Here”. and then immediately walk off not taking our old cups or empty fry baskets. Its this disengagement of not caring or not present and wanting to at minimum pretend to care is what kills me. We were there for a family dinner for my son’s 14th birthday – ticket was $67 or $68 before tip if a manager wants to look us up. 7/6 @ 6:30pm or so.

I had a great experience trying Buffalo’s Kennesaw for the first time. The atmosphere is warm, welcome, and modern. I ordered a black and blue salad with some wings and it was REALLY good. The server was super sweet and attentive to me and my guest. There are plenty of options on seating as we moved from the cozy booth to an open table so we could spread out some documents we were reviewing. I would 100% come back with my whole family.

Grant Garrett’s review below is entirely inaccurate. For one, he first complained to the manager about how “all the servers” were siting down in the table next to him. That is inaccurate. Those two employees are front of house hostesses which were “cut” for the night. They put their orders in before his party even arrived at the restaurant due to prior knowledge of when they would be cut and how much the kitchen was backed up. His party also arrived at 8:00pm. One hour before the restaurant closes when it was at its busiest time (a party of 17 was there) expecting to take advantage of the “all you can eat” bash. He had a party of five, so you can imagine why his order took longer than the other party of two he took a photo of, which also placed an order before his party arrived. He mentions he worked in “fine dinning” but yet doesn’t realize that an employee eating in the kitchen is an extreme health code violation? Where were they suppose to eat, while off the clock, other than not in the restaurant? In the back alley? Preposterous. Also, taking photos of people in public is an extremely weird practice and goes to show how people can’t seem to mind their business and respect others in this world.

Im kind of surprised this survey doesnt promote or ask about their burgers. To me they are the best items on the menu. If the chef would take pride and carefully construct for presentation and great components, not sloppy…Buffalos makes great burgers! IF NOT, it is a sauce sloppy careless prep…greasy mess! Nobody wants to hoist or hold a messy hamburger oozing out of the bun!
