Bugis is an unassuming Korean spot with an incredible lunch special of rice, pickled radish, and half a marinated egg atop a limited selection of entrees. Service is prompt and kind, but the food quality is unmatched. I had the spicy chicken(which is spicy- so thank you), which is the perfect combination of tang and heat. All the flavors meshed wonderfully. The interior is spacious, with plenty of seats for parties larger than four. I cannot wait to return to try their dak-kalbi for two!

Wow ! I was very impressed. This is my 1st time here, and I came for my daughter’s birthday at her request. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was extremely delighted. The service was very hospitable, and the food was delicious. Everything tasted very fresh, and they have some great choices. I would definitely visit again ! Try the galaxy tea. Street parking is a little rough, but there is a reasonably priced lot just around the corner. $6 AFTER 6PM ON SATURDAY.

Constantly dreaming abt the rosé cheese katsu bowl.. second time here and it’s a super small biz I think too, the cook was really nice and doing everything by himself tonight with 15+ guests, and the food was still absolute gas highly recommend please support him such a nice spot on the ave!!!

Love their Tteokkbokki bacon cheese, spicy pork lunch combo too sweet, not enough spice but $10, lavender latte just ok. Grilled pork belly too bland, the hot sauce made it bearable.

I was surprised how good the spicy pork was. It was like authentic Korean food. Sauce was perfect and went so well with white rice. I loved it had small side dishes, boiled egg, and salad all together in a box. Their grapefruit honey aid was super refreshing as well. The server and owner were sweet and kind. I can’t wait to go back to try other dishes on the menu.☺️

tteokbooki was p good, it fulls you up though, the fries were amazing and the set up for the restaurant is very cute, the server was nice and pretty, chef is amazing! tteokbooki was a little watered down and the fish cakes weren’t the best I’ve ever had but it’s a very friendly place. Again the fries didn’t disappoint, the dagonfruit lemonade was a good refresher.
