It was a busy night as the college town had to host many parents who are here at Case for the move-in day. Needless to say, it was very busy yet the business was not ready for the crowd. It wasn’t just the lack of staff, but a lack of system. The staff was extremely courteous about it. The food was fairly good and the beef was tender. I had the Ribeye Pho and the beef was cooked perfectly. However, it didn’t come out with fresh fixings you usually get from a Pho restaurant. The price of the appetizer was especially good and the food was piping hot and crispy! Overall, it will fix your Asian food craving, but it won’t give you an authentic experience.

My noodle soup was average. The portion was a bit small, for the price. The Thai Tea was also average. New York portion is bigger for about the same price and most have better food. Cleveland has limited choices, so I guess others may rate this place higher.

Very satisfied with the food, service, price atmosphere and decoration.I was very impressive about QR order, it is easy to order,and then they served fast!! I would recommend the owner should add chilli oil as condiment, that would make it delicious perfectly for people who love spicy . Definitely will go back to try different dishes and bring more friends to support this business.

Nice little spot close to the college campus, not too expensive & tasty to boot. They give you plenty of food, but wish they gave you the add-ins separately & not mix them in for you. Savoury broth, not mushy noodles & adequate protein (s) of choice. Will repeat.

Great food, affordable meals & super generous with quantity! Staff is warm & welcoming. A perfect place on uptown that adds to the diverse options in the area, serves delicious food & is so affordable, especially for students. Plus vegan broth option is a bonus! I got the beef broth pho with shrimp & veggies. I really loved it! The broth was a bit more on the sweeter side & I’d love to have it taste a bit more savory & rich but honestly, I can’t even complain! The huge amount of food served & at those prices?! It’s a steal! So happy to have a lovely place that cares about the people & community that it serves in the location. Will definitely visit again & highly recommend it!

Food was top notch. As someone who grew up eating pho, the pho here was great quality. They had Sriracha and hoisin sauce as condiments, which was perfect. Weirdly I don’t see that often. The interior of the restaurant itself is spacious, and there’s a small bar section. Unlike the food, the service was a bit meh. Pictured is the pho with meatballs and the spring rolls.

Usually, I will eat at a restaurant once and not return for about a month plus. However, I went to this one 3 days in a row for a total of 4 times because it was just that good. I recommend you try it and ask for the Thai Tea if you get thirsty!
