All of our fish arrive fresh within hours of their catch, and our chefs are highly skilled professionals trained in the art of Hawaiian poke. We have a large variety of fresh fish as well as rice, greens, toppings and sauces to make the perfect poke bowl or sushi burrito just for you. All of our food is prepared fresh to order, and we work very hard to give you the best possible food experience.

I really enjoyed this new place to create your own poke bowls. I had the chicken bowl and created my own. The chicken was very flavorful and the toppings were really good. I wish there were a few extra toppings that other poke places have but I’m sure they’ll add those items soon. Definitely come to this place if you’re in the area! You won’t regret it

We popped in today after seeing them as we were driving by Publix yesterday. Glad we did! The food was really good- and fresh- and fairly priced. I got the spicy salmon bowl with rice, edamame, avocado, kimchi, and more. It was about $10 and extremely filling. This will become a regular lunch spot for us. The location is kind of bad for drive by traffic— if you don’t know it’s there you won’t see it— it’s right next to Publix by the Augusta National. Do yourself a favor and stop in.

The food is really tasty, has lots of options. The reason I have to take service stars away is that the bowls are never consistent. Sometimed there’s skimping on the salmon and other ingredients and the cut/quality of the ingredients. I liked when things were sliced thinly and uniform. But sometimes there will be very chunky cucumbers or onions which in poke is a no no.

Build Yo Poke is wonderful. I’d had poke before but there were options I’d never tried before (and tofu for vegetarians!). My daughter had not ever had poke and the staff were so kind and patient; they gave her a free sample bowl and walked her through all the options. The space is clean and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.
