I should have look at reviews before buying a burger and fries. The bad news is “grease” … the good new is that there is more grease on the walls and glass sneeze guards than on the burger, fries and paper bags our meal came in.

Burnt burgers were better than the service. Terribly long wait understaffed or trained either way not worth the airport prices they charged. Had such high hopes and came away disappointed. Better off buying a 4 day old sandwich from the convenience stores

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers. Fresh cooked for the order which took about 8 minutes. Great service and great food. Also had French fries which was a good portion.

I’m not a big fan of airport restaurants but, I ordered a cheeseburger combo with tater tots and it was excellent! The burger was cooked fresh as were the tater tots. As for the tater tots, those were the best tasting tater tots I’ve ever eaten. The gentleman who took my order then prepared my food was excellent and friendly. A perfect grab and fly meal.

Inside Tucson airport terminal. Fresh made burgers and grilled chicken burgers were good. They were very busy but order still came quickly. Recommend you skip the tator tots – they were very greasy. ( If you found this review helpful, please “like” it for me. Thanks! )

Horrible, slow service. Prices for what you get are a ripoff even for an airport restaurant. Waiting 15 minutes in line, then another 17 waiting for my food. They lost my order but won’t admit it. When 3 people behind me got their orders, I asked about mine and they finally saw the ticket and said it was next. When I got it, it was wrong. Had to wait again to be fixed. Also had their chicken tenders just sitting in a metal bowl on the counter for at least the 17 minutes I was waiting for my order. Will not spend money here again

Bacon was great. Other than that, the $10 burger was burnt and very thin. The service was also aweful. The server didn’t look at me or say a single word, and started turning people in line away before closing time.
