Here for the first time last night. Brought my niece and elderly mother. Three generations here and we all loved it. Service was good although they were crowded. Food was fantastic. Food and drinks were reasonably priced and everyone from the host to the manager were very friendly. The waiter made sure we were comfortable and never waited more than a few minutes for a refill. Lastly, I love the location. Will definitely return with my picky husband.

Quality of food is awesome! Customer Service is a 10 on the phone and in person. We did take out and we were so impressed. You have future customers for years to come. Keep up the great work. Most restaurants in the area dont have the quality. So excited that this place is so close to our house.

Went to Villa Park Bulldog Ale House for first time I been to Carol Stream one before. The wings and Rigatoni Tomato Vodka pasta were the best you can possibly get. Nice cold beer as well! Decor is fantastic! My server Phil wa really on top of refills and checking to make sure I was all good and everything you expect from a server and manager Alex was great too ensuring my meal was fantastic. Kudos to the staff for wonderful customer service. Keep up the great work and I hope villa park is around for long rime

I have been to this location a good amount of times and have never had a problem, but I think last night was my last time here. I ordered the magna burger it took a bit to get which is fine no worries, I started eating it and a few bites in I realized there’s something off. I was served RAW beef, the manager on duty bought us a round of drinks and they comped my burger but it’s VERY unacceptable to serve someone something like this. Sad this happened because they have great deals and I would’ve kept coming back but man this really hurt when I got served something this bad.

We sat at the bar Thursday afternoon. Everything was excellent. Sebastian was very sociable and efficient, as was the evening bartender. Food, prices, music and environment were all great. We will be regulars I’m sure. Well done Bulldogs!

Yet another great Bulldog Ale House location!! While the food menu (particularly the burger options) is a little smaller compared to the Carol Stream location, the great service continues, and the interior design has been taken to another level! Parking is also very easy to find at this location, further increasing its convenience! Whether you’ve been to many other Bulldog locations or never at all, you’re in for a treat by checking it out!

Went there once and ate in and the food was amazing. So I went and ordered for pick up this time and asked for four well done burgers drove all the way home and every burger was RAW I called to speak with a manager and was put on hold for ten minutes, by this time I was headed back to show them the food. The manager had all burgers remade and apologized but still very disappointing and inconvenient.
