Wish I could give this more stars, especially since the negative reviews seem to be more indicative of growing pains than persistent issues with the restaurant. I haven’t had an issue with removing ingredients I don’t like (cilantro, particularly) or with any other aspect of ordering.

Stumbled upon this new spot inside Tiki Pete and was not disappointed! The guy was so nice and let me do a little mix and match for my lunch – I had the shoyu pork, pork belly, and shaking beef bao. Shaking beef and shoyu pork were my favorite but they were all good. The bao was super fresh and soft and meat was cooked perfectly and flavorful. Three bao is a good amount for a big appetite, two is okay for a lighter meal. Definitely will be going back!

Easy to miss this place and that’s unfortunate considering how great the food here is. Here’s how you can find it — Walk into the place called Fuze and order at the kiosk by the right side of the bar. The food will come out to you. You can do either dine-in or takeout. No need to specify it upfront.
