We went tonight and were pleasantly surprised. The food was so delicious and service was top notch. My fiance had the Chicken Florentine and I had penne with meatballs. I also had a salad, it was fresh and crispy. I work in the area so I will definitely be back.

First time ordering from here and pizza was ok, zucchini sticks were soggy, and guy at the front counter was so rude. After he told me 3 times my order wasn’t there someone from the back thankfully yelled and said it was indeed there. This guy acted like I was interrupting his day by ordering pizza. Talked to me so rude. A simple thank you and have a nice day go a long way. It’s sad that local businesses lack decent customer service skills.

I have been to this place a couple times and each time I have had a very negative experience with their customer service. When asking to add something to my very simple order of one slice after it has came out of the oven they rudely said, “you just though of that?”. They rush you into ordering your food so they do not have to deal with the customer anymore. The only good thing about the place is that the food tastes good, but I would much rather go to a place where I am respected as a customer. There are plenty of much friendlier options in the area where I would much rather attend.

I use to be a loyal customer to the pizzeria savianos, but just recently this past week I walked into buona fortuna and the pizza man behind the counter had a beautiful display of selections. I tried one regular slice and one chicken bacon ranch and it was absolutely amazing. Great service! I will definitely be coming back.

Hands down, the best local shop around. I eat here usually 3-5 nights as my office is around the corner, and have doing so about the last 2 years the guys are cool. the food its great. at times it may get jammed and things may appear to be slow, but in my opinion that’s a testament to the quality of the food. ya dont get slammed if your food sucks.i haven’t had a complaint yet, in fact this venue is so reliable many of my office mates have also taken the plunge. keep it up guys. thanks a million
