I love this Buona Beef! They are very fast and always get my order correct. They have a very nice a spacious dinning area as well! The parking lot is big so there are plenty of options for parking. They gave me a free cookie because I had to wait and I didn’t even realize I was waiting longer than normal. The staff are always kind and helpful when looking for something new to eat. I would recommend their margarita pizza or their cheese burgers. I highly recommend this location, nothing but positive things to say!

This location is not as good as the others in the area. Not only did they get our order wrong, but they also over charged us. I ordered 2 hot dogs with fries and a 12″ beef combo with no fries, but they gave me 7″ beef combo with fries instead. The management did correct the issue by making me another sandwich and they also refunded me the difference. The place is clean, wit an outdoor patio and a drive-thru. They have plenty of TV’S and a work section with power outlets for your laptop. I hope they can get it together and solve the annoying little things that keep you from having an awesome experience.

I’m a huge fan of their beef sandwich. I think it’s better than Portillos. They have many options to satisfy all types of eaters. Be careful in the one drive thru lane because the curb is on an angle that you can’t see and it scratch the hell out of my back black rim. (Just trying to save others rims)

A little disappointed only because I know it can be way better. I’d like to give them a break for their first Friday open, but I’m really not inclined to. They have way too much experience to draw from. First they brought a sausage pizza for my daughter instead of cheese. Ok not a huge deal. Then I got my cheddar burger and my son got his 10” baptized beef which we both cut each in half and shared with each other. So I love brioche buns, but weirdly half of it was extremely hard. Then my son cut the beef in half and it was mostly dry as you could see by the photo. Definitely not baptized. We also asked for sport peppers on the side and received sweet instead. Also my burger tasted bland, could of used more season and it salt. Also the piece of lettuce (actually Romain which is a plus) had the big vein that Romain does that should of been removed. Last not so good thing was the Dr. Pepper mix seemed off as it was slightly on the seltzer side (wish they had the newer soda machines). The good, strawberry shake was awesome as were the fries as usual and the pizza wasn’t bad either. We also really enjoyed the Christian music that was playing in the background. Overall disappointed, but I’ll be back because I know they can and it probably will be better next time. I really hope so since at $33 this isn’t a cheap meal for me and my two children. Could I have complained? Sure, but I’m not like that, I’d like my food done right the first time.

I love ordering Buona for family dinners! The lemon chicken is absolutely delicious and the strawberry poppyseed salad is always a crowd pleaser. During lent, they have the best pepper and egg sandwich around. If you don’t want to be bothered next time you have to serve a big meal, you should definitely order Buona!

Placed an online order for pickup. Got to the restaurant and they said they never received my online order. They then retook my order and 10 mins later after waiting about 15 mins for them to figure out what was wrong I was out the door. Got home and found out they screwed up my order. Had a bad feeling this would happen as while I was waiting in the restaurant two other people complained about their order being wrong. Kinda disappointed in that they couldn’t get my order right. I would recommend not placing an order online and just go there its faster and also check your food to make sure it’s right before you drive away.

Was through the drive thru order number DT139. A plan hotdog, a chicken bowl and a lg beef with mozzarella dipped. The hot dog was ok for my son came out lukewarm so he could eat while we were driving. No the chicken avocado bowl was horrible, just drown in dressing, skin still on parts of the avocado, couldn’t even eat it just disgusting. Now my large beef sandwich had barely any beef less cheese and was dry. I tried calling to talk to someone but the phone just rang and then disconnected. Would love to hear back from someone please.
