My first visit to Pitt and a Penguins home game too. looking for a fantastic burger and read reviews which were very positive, even best burger ever statements….so we ate at the stadium. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BURGER EVER!! charred, dry, zero flavor, bun hard as rock, maybe teaspoon of bbq sauce, 1/4 slice of bacon!!!!…I LOVE burgers and get them all over when travel, extremely disappointed.

It is arena food, so they know they have you and charge more than they do in the resteraunt for food that isn’t as fresh. 2 burgers, a bottle of water, 1 order of fries. $50. I asked for a cup of water and was told no. I bought the $6 bottle of water and asked for an empty cup to split it and was also told no. I walked to the next vendor and they gladly gave me a cup of water. There are plenty of great resteraunts around the arena. Just eat before you go in. The food wil be better and it will save $$$.

Absolutely love Burgatory. This location in the Penguins stadium has a very limited menu, which is understandable due to the large quantity of people they’re serving. The food came out lukewarm as it was likely packaged an hour earlier, but it’s still a great burger.

Asked for a mid rare burger and got one well done and cold. My wife asked for the same and got a cold well done burger too. The fries were hot and it only cost $50. Save your money and go to McDonald’s because at least there you know what to expect. Very disappointing especially after going to other Burgatory restaurants.

Love my meat hamburgers practically raw. This place delivers evertime. Unlike other burger joints who charges the same price and won’t cook your burger to your request. Keep up the good work!!!

The fries were overly salty and there were only beef options for burgers and sandwiches, which was a bit disappointing. Even a chicken sandwich or an impossible burger (vegan burger) would have been a great alternative for those who don’t eat beef.

The food itself was amazing, the elk burger is amazing, the fries are were the only flaw they were short and soft, but the food was soooo goood and it came out rather quickly. 10/10 also bathrooms are kinda dark, so for me being a male and peeing standing up being accurate was difficult until my eyes adjusted, but it was fun!
