Haven’t been in ywars but this place def has gotten less appealing. Dirty tables all over , saw 3 staff and an empty restaurant and over half of the booths dirty. Very unpleasant staff. Can’t get your own sauces anymore so the staff makes you feel like an inconvenience for asking. Just not clean at all. Was there on a Wednesday around dinner time.

Nice big burger shop, had colouring available to entertain my 4 year old. Burgers were very tasty, fries were a bit salty but my son’s weren’t salted and he didn’t have many so we mixed his in with ours, will ask for unsalted in the future.

The food is wonderful I had the crispy chicken and my husband had the burger 21 with bacon and cheese. Both were wonderful! They were super busy on Friday night at Wolf Hollow.

Found two long hairs attached to the burger patties and a short black hair in my burger 21 sauce. Probably won’t be coming back, will try to get a refund on my burger that I only took two bites out of. Very disappointed because we really liked it there.

Came here vs Five Guys one day when the line at the other place was too much. The buns for the hot dogs were good, a little greasy, but I guess that’s what you get when they are griddled with butter on the sides. Don’t get me wrong, they were delicious. The onion straws were a bit lacking, but I know that if I get a burger in the future that they’ll be put in there.

Add-ons for burgers – like sauteed mushrooms and avocado – were charged but not added to the burger. The gluten free buns, fries and shakes were good but the burgers were room- temperature and the iceberg lettuce on the burger was wilted and brown.

I used to really like this restaurant, but they really went downhill. I ate there yesterday and got really sick. After noticing that eating my burger was pretty raw. I asked them to make a new one which they did and they came out and also made the wrong burger and had to bring it back again and redo it then the third burger that came out looked and tasted pretty rushed.
