Was craving a veggie burger and was out doing errands, so I searched for the closest place I could find. I’ve heard of Burger 21 before, but I’ve never tried it. I’m so glad I did! Placed my order and got there a few minutes before they opened. They had my order out in less than fifteen minutes, and it was delicious! Very friendly staff too ☺️

Well, fast food yes, it very healthy yes but everyone liked it. It was clean, food was good and the stuff were polite and service oriented. We have a bunch of picky eaters and they all would come back anytime. I might not just because of the nutritional value though.

This establishment is one of my go to places to get great salads and milkshakes. The burgers are also great. Make sure to order a milkshake if you get a burger. First time trying this place. The staff were very helpful, patient, and friendly. Definitely busy for what time we visited. They serve what their name states. Very fast service. They brought us our order and anything extra we needed. Food was great. I definitely recommend if you want a good burger and fries, sweet potato fries and onion strings.

Delicious juicy crafted gourmet burgers with a selection of sauces. Large adjacent parking garage makes getting in and out convenient. Their crispy fries might well be my favorite in Charlotte! We shared the toffee milkshake- yum! Food is served fresh to your table and the servers bus your table for you. Super polite and friendly service. This was my first time. The crunchy chic. Absolutely delicious. Moist. The fries are shoe string & hot. The milk shake (strawberry shortcake) OMG! I’ve been back already for a 2nd time. I had the burger sliders. YUM! I definitely suggest Burger 21. O, & they have great customer service too!
