Let me explain.. I visited this establishment last Saturday 1 week from today. My burger was cold but I didn’t want to complain. I immediately received an email for another burger on them. Decided to give it another try. This time food was fine but the manager did not credit me for the entire bill excluding my beverage.. Bill was $19.. he credited me for $18. Ok, no big deal right?? Well, I received another email yesterday for another treat on them. I asked for a non-pink well done burger.. I waited almost 30 minutes to have my order taken..Later, I received an under cooked burger..totally pink and gross. This time I did request a remake and the 2nd burger was fine. I received my bill and the manager credited me for the entire amount as he should have with the exception of my beverage.. Why didn’t the first manager do that the other day? Lastly, I go to the restroom after paying my bill and the bathroom was not tidy.. I would say to this restaurant please ensure your guests have a clean environment to eat in and clean restrooms to use. It appears that no one is doing bathroom checks! You have guests going in and out of the bathroom all day long. You must go behind folks and clean. You must dump overflowing trash cans and you just dispose of sanitary napkins/tampons that people leave so that other guests don’t have to see or touch them! Secondly, have a conversation with your cooks to ensure they are preparing food per request and it’s hot upon arrival. Cold and/or undercooked beef will make someone sick! Lastly, be sure you are charging all customers the same no matter how they look! There should be no difference in the bill when the sane items are being ordered! Treats on you are ways to advertise and bring in more customers.. I get that your offering free food but you still need to properly prepare the meals. 1 good visit out of 3 is unacceptable!

I absolutely LOVE Burger Bach, I am a regular there. The food is delicious, flavorful, and fresh ALL the time, and the service at the bar, indoors and outdoors is A-1. It is a friendly and welcoming environment, and the bathrooms are ALWAYS clean!

Burger Bach has been a local favorite of mine for years. I love their burger offerings, and the sauces they have for the fries are some of the best I have ever had. For the short pump location, they have plenty of easy nearby free parking, excellent service, and a pleasant outside seating area too.

Burbon Burger as well as their Old Fashioned, was good. I personally was not the biggest fan of the brussel sprouts as I like them to be cooked a bit more. Fries are good as well, and they have a lot of different side sauces to choose from. I do believe it was a tad bit overpriced, but we had an enjoyable experience.

The food was decent, though definitely overpriced. Food quality depended on the day—twice we sent burgers back for being over cooked. The fries with dipping sauce were my favorite item. Burgers (East Coast and Original) weren’t bad but didn’t wow me as expected of such a pricey burger. Service quality changed by visit—bartenders were super friendly and accommodating, wait staff was less so and didn’t place orders correctly.

All 3 burgers were fantastic. Most amazing is the Northern Lamb cooked med rare. You can also put any protein (Chicken/Lamb/Burger/Bean) on any of the sandwiches available. Fries are a “go to'” but the side salad is a fantastic light vinaigrette that is awesome as well. Beers are rolling, they have some of the best I’ve had and the bartenders are always good and sample all you want before deciding.

Seriously good burgers and fries! As a sauce person, this is heaven. That blueberry barbecue sauce is sweet and tangy. It really compliments anything you try it with. I also tried the honey mustard. As a general rule I don’t like honey mustard. This one, though? So well balanced, not too sweet, just enough tang…. I loved it! I got the taco veggie burger and my companions got the beef burgers. We were all seriously impressed. When our orders came out, we stopped talking to each other, all too busy in the “food zone” lol
