Terrible experience. Burgers are expensive and after the price you pay the service should be better. Workers don’t even pick up their heads to look at you. I ordered and they forgot my fries. Told the one guy and he told the other. Waited 15 minutes to see and nothing. People get fries who came after me. Then when I asked again he acted like I was to blame. Worst service I have seen in a long time

Expensive and a long wait. I felt really bad for the 2 guys working, they were just overwhelmed, but they kept cranking out burgers and fries. I thought it was pretty good, although we had to wait 20 min for our food.

This has to be one of the most expensive burgers in the area for what you get. We ordered two regular burgers, no cheese and added bbq sauce and raw onion to one burger and pickled jalapenos, raw onion and chilli mayo to the other. After waiting about 15 minutes the burgers arrived and what a disappointment! No lettuce, tomato or pickle as is advertised as standard on all of their burgers. A smattering of sauce, so little so didn’t add anything to the overall burger, and some chopped up onions. Basically a lightly toasted bun with a beef patty, chopped raw onion and a whiff of sauce. With the extras one burger came to $7.45 and the other $$8.20. Here are some guys cashing in on the Times Square tourist trade. Clearly they don’t expect any repeat business so don’t care what people think. They also advertise fries as part of the menu but don’t actually sell them.

It’s the second week in a row I’m coming here to spend my splurge choice of the week! Amazing burgers, clean and the two people who work the booth are so charismatic and full of great energy. Between the good food and the good customer service, I definitely recommend it worth trying!

Over priced McDonald’s burgers. Forgot to put bacon on our burgers and forgot our drink. Seriously…save your money and go to McDonald’s. (PS I hate McDonalds…but I’d eat it over this place anyday)
