I mobile ordered my food got in the drive thru and proceeded to sit for 22 minutes and have no one answer after watching 13 cars pull up in the other lane and leave I pulled over went inside where there were 5 customers in the building the asst manger was standing at the register I told him that I’d been waiting at the drive thru for over 20minutes and no apology all he said was well man we’re busy I looked up at the screen and there were 4 orders on it and one was mine he asked me what my pickup name was I told him he said something to the person standing next to him they put my order together he grabbed it tossed it on the counter and sarcastically said have a good night.2 the customer service was horrible and no one seems to care so I would be back

I ordered BK king and this is what I recieved. Anyone who enjoys the BK king knows that this is nowhere near what it’s supposed to look like. I went back and asked for a refund and the manager truly was not going to give me a refund without my receipt. The cashier did not give me a receipt therefore I didn’t have one. The amount the manager refunded me wasn’t even the amount I paid and when I mentioned it she said there was nothing she could do without a receipt

We found the restaurant to be very clean and well maintained. The food was fresh and hot. The manager on duty kept the staff hopping and on-task, but in a calm and respectful way. She was also genuinely polite to all customers. This is the way all fast food places should be run.

The drive thru line was obnoxiously long, I waited over half an hour, the food service was slow, when we got our order the food was cold. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue, bad management, or a combination of both but please get it together! I used to frequent this restaurant but now I’m not entirely sure when or if I will go back, this is a reoccurring issue that happens roughly one out of every two times I’ve gone there over the last 2 months and the food quality is tail spinning as well.

I didn’t like anything there I was just with someone who wants to eat at burger king. So while I was there I decided to try something out besides the fish sandwich I used to get 10 years ago. I decided to go with something small so I ordered chicken fries. Just out of curiosity but guess what, they were just setting there getting old because as soon as i ordered my order is already made. Overall i wouldn’t order anything from there again especially the chicken fries.

Absolutely trash service. I went to the drive through and kept on saying I want a kings meal, and the girl said we don’t have a kings meal…. then she ignored me for a good 20 seconds.
