I’m not sure how they’re getting away with this, but this store is absolutely disgusting. Everything is sticky. I went to use the ladies room and the door to the one and only stall wouldn’t close or lock. The worst part, NO SOAP whatsoever! To think that the employees are using the bathroom and not washing their hands, or even customers that are touching things afterwards in these post COVID times, is awful. Unfortunately I discovered this after eating. The entire time I was there (about 20-30 minutes), 3 of the employees were just hanging out in one of the booths instead of CLEANING that disgusting place, or refilling the soap that had clearly been empty for some time. Also, both the fries and onion rings were stale like they had been sitting for a while. I don’t expect the food to be fabulous when I go out for fast food, so that’s not even the issue here; it’s the mere fact that this place should be shut down by the board of health because it’s so gross. I will NEVER go back there.

This lady and the staff have no hairnets. As well as this woman’s customer service skills are terrible. Not to mention I found a hair in my fries that you guessed it were cold. PS: I saw this woman’s hands touch the fries with no gloves while a line formed out the door. This place is terrible don’t expect top notch service. Expect sub par service with random hairs and peoples fingers in your food.

I go there today and they forget my 3 fries and ranch sauce I go back in line because the lobby is closed once again get attitude and then I receive my fries in a bag un packaged with like 13 ranch sauces on top Now i work in fast food and if someone ever gave fries out just in a bag un packaged there would be consequences. Never had to deal with such rudeness. Gardner is the worst location and lost a lot of my money.
