Average fast food service and product. Seems as though employees would rather be on their devices. I go for the impossible whopper. The problem with various Burger Kings is that they don’t all duplicate with exact detail the way McDonald’s does. In other words, my impossible whopper may not always taste the way it was previously ordered. But in all fairness that could be a memory issue since I rarely go here.

I requested a Big King sandwich with meal. I received instead this tiny cheese burger. I also requested an impossible burger. Which they gave me a real whopper with meat. As well no receipt. I usually have no problems here. But today 12/11/22 at 6:05 pm. The service was terrible and a waste of my money.

I ordered through the app and when I arrived I was told my drink was unavailable. I said ok do you have a substitute and was told yes and than told that was out too. So I asked for a different drink and the manager with an attitude said you’ll have to pay the difference. Nice way to treat a customer. I see now why the shrewsbury store gets only a 3.3 customer rating.

Saw an employee outside smoking his cannabis. He stood on the corner and tried to be sneaky by showing his back, but you can SMELL what he was doing!! Drove up to the window and informed the lady at the window (young female) that somebody is smoking pot on the other side and she didn’t care.

It was a delightful experience, I took my family out for lunch, and at checkout the cashier person even went out of her way and got my son a burger King spider crown too. We love it there, service was great as well as the food!

Every time we go there, it’s pull up and wait for your food at the drive thru. They have you move up so their numbers at the drive thru look good but you wait like 15 to 30 minutes for your food. Absolutely unacceptable
