I had a very pleasant experience at Burger King. The food and service were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The burgers were juicy and tasty, and the French fries were cooked to perfection. Prices were reasonable as well. Overall, I had a great experience, and I would recommend Burger King to others.

I went inside the burger king restaurant to the counter to order a breakfast sandwich,I was the only one there at 8am in the morning.I stood at the counter for 12 minutes before the young lady decided to take my order,the young lady that was busy outside on her cell phone when I drove in.she came to the counter and just stared at me,no can I help you,no good morning,no welcome to burger king,nothing… So I just asked for a breakfast sandwich she didn’t even ask if I would like anything else,just put my order in took my money and turned around waiting for my order.she bagged my sandwich put it on the counter and walked away.totally disgusted with your establishment and the service.if you don’t want to work and do your job,then stay home on your cell phone!!

They do a lot of things well here. Drive through moves quickly. Employees all seem friendly and generally want to do their best for you. If mistakes are made I have seen them make it right. Today while eating lunch inside personally saw two mistakes made but all customers left smiling. That says a lot because a decent amount of mistakes are made in the fast food industry. All of my mobile orders have been ready and so far correct. The atmosphere is happy with employees talking/laughing. Makes a difference.

Worst experience in a Burger King to date. With only a handful of senior citizens and adults in the restaurant and drive thru with only a few cars in line, the female manager and her staff could not get patrons food orders correct. As we were standing in line waiting to order, then waiting for our food, it appeared that every prior customer needed to return to the order counter and speak with the, overly frustrated, manager with questions and complaints concerning their purchased food orders.

Stopped by on my lunch break and ordered two rodeo chicken sandwiches, a rodeo burger, large fry, and a small coke. My coworker got a chicken fries meal. Got to the food window and got our drinks and was then told to pull out front and someone would bring my food out. They were waiting on fries. I pulled forward and was waiting for my food and told my co-worker that at least the fries would be fresh and we talked for a bit. After awhile I asked my coworker what time it was…..20 minutes had passed. I took my receipt and went in and had 3 separate workers acknowledge my presence but only got a small smile. After realizing i wasn’t going anywhere a worker finally asked what I was waiting on. I told her my order and the cook that was now up front said I remember that order that was awhile ago….i said yeah I’ve been waiting outside for it like I was told to 20 minutes ago. I finally got my food and was given a whopper with cheese for the inconvenience. My rodeo burger was soggy and flooded with bbq, my rodeo chicken is dry and burnt tasting and two of the onion rings weren’t even on the sandwich. The fresh french fries I had anticipated ended up being dry and hard. My co-worker’s chicken fries were cold. This is the first and last time I will ever visit this location.

Looks are deceiving. Here’s proof ⬇️ Looks good in pictures everywhere else right? Even says it’s crispy. Well, I couldn’t even finish it. The breading was soggy. Incredibly disgusting..it was cold too. I don’t get how that happens. I’m done with BK at all locations. This was by far the worst I’ve ever had. Go to Cracker Barrel for good crispy chicken. They never disappoint.
