I’m not sure what it is about Burger Kings Lately! This place however is on a total different level. The amount of incompetence is Insane. Staff is so rude it’s disgusting. They can’t seem to ever get an order correct. They’re more interested in talking to each other or just looking at their phones than just making the food. It’s easily a 25 minute wait no matter what you order.

To bad I cant give negitive stars… we have had a few issues here or there but the last few times we went we have recieved nothing but attitude. I have either had whole parts of my meal missing or they give me half of an item(latest example: 2x order of 9pc chicken fries and we get 12 fries in a single container) please if the manager or franchise owner sees this fix your store. You should be ashamed with your stores service. This is how a company looses money and closes

Showed up on Friday/Saturday around midnight. Store was lit up and looked open. Hours online say 24hrs on Thur-Sat. Drive up speaker starts talking, automatically like it’s open. No human. Pull up to the window. Can see the kitchen is ready to make food. Even nuggets in the fryer basket. No one visible inside….. someone’s scamming the system.

Staff have attitude. Always long wait on drive through, sometimes almost 10 minutes wait WHEN IM THE ONLY PERSON THERE. I got there in the morning and they always have something missing or not working so they can’t give you what you ask for.

The “mission statement” taped to the wall near the registers however well meaning is almost satirical. I stopped inside to place an order to go. I stood at the counter for almost 15 minutes while waiting for someone to finally take my order. Apparently dining room customers are at the bottom of the list of priorities for the staff here. As I stood waiting, 4 other folks joined me in line while we were ignored while the staff focused on the drive through window. Someone finally notice there were dining room customers, and I was rudely greeted as if it was an imposition to wait on me. I watched with amazement as my order was slapped together in the open kitchen, then watched as the staff ignored my completed order which only needed to be bagged and served with fries. I took the order out to the car and unpacked my sandwiches and of course, the order was screwed up. Apparently, double hamburgers are topped with mounds of cheese. LOL. Took the order inside and waited at the counter to get someone to address the problem and have the sandwiches remade properly this time. Got the order right the second time, but somehow the sandwiches were lukewarm and hastily slapped together. The mission statement claims that the restaurant wants customers to be so satisfied with the experience that they’re left saying WOW. Yeah, I said, Wow – why do I go to this terrible restaurant?!

30 minutes in a drive thru is crazy!! I would be happy if our food was hot and fresh but it was not ….. the guy in the window was the only productive worker we seen the 3 in the back were just chatting it up! They need some more training in fast food

Burger King is good. This particular BK the food is always good the orders are correct and done properly. But if this place was properly staffed it would be 4/5 stars across the board but instead ya gotta deal with this stuff.
