There were 3 of us in the car. They said we could only use one coupon! This Burger King is awful! Slow, Slow drive thru. Then they wouldn’t honor the newest coupons. Just as well, their food has been old and dried out the two times we have tried them. Rude staff at window, when they actually serve the drive up. They ALWAYS close very early, too.

Awful customer service. The guy that was taking my order was picking his teeth and cleaning out his nails. This is extremely unsanitary and disgusting. Then when I couldn’t make a decision on what I wanted he acted like I was putting him out and kept asking is that all. This restaurant discriminated against me because of my disability. They would not allow me to place an order because of the mobility device that I use breaking ADA laws. Right before 10 on Sunday 8/21 he said he would get in trouble with his boss if he took my order. You broke ADA laws, I was starving! Whoever was working the drive through that night was in direct violation of the AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT and should be punished accordingly.

If I didn’t have to put stars I wouldn’t!!! It was around 9:45pm that I went and placed my order, mind you I asked politely for my food to be fresh before I ordered!!! It was just horrible!!! I didn’t receive my food fresh, I also ordered mozzarella sticks that I also asked for fresh but instead I got mozzy sticks from earlier today that seemed like they were refried (I only know this because I managed a burger king in Florida who used to do this before I was manager!!!). On top of that half of my food I didn’t even receive. I called 4 times and it kept saying that the inbox is full, they care about money not pleasing their customers to bring up their ratings or reviews. Please better your attention to customers orders and make sure to have all hands on deck.

No matter where I order from and even though I always ask for freshly made onion rings they always give you ones that have been sitting or try to mix with some new ones or re fry old ones. When you get a freshly made batch of their onion rings they’re awesome. I can tell if not made fresh. Other fast food chains don’t carry onion rings so this is something you should take advantage of but I’m to gun shy to even try anymore.
