Salem NH location closed up – now a Kelly’s Roast Beef! BK is such a drag. Too bad, they never use to be so awful. Went to the METHUEN location of 93 in hopes for a delicious whopper sandwich. Turns out.. this location closed early (it’s just 8pm) for technical difficulties. Some older guy can be seen on a ladder inside the drive thru with a keyboard in his hands trying to figure out something up high on a screen. Fire alarm system always shows trouble and never gets fixed. Don’t know how the METHUEN Fire Department has been letting this slide by so long! Lights are still out on the propert, so when you drive by it shows “ER King”.

I went there at about 6:30 pm. today the 10th of August 2023 through the drive thru and they made wait at the intercom for about 10 mins., then they said they gave me everything I ordered, but was missing a Sandwich, so I had to drive back, thankfully I wasn’t far yet. Then I didn’t even get an apology. They gave me a small bag for a big order. Then when I finally ate it, the food was cold, and my Sandwich looked, and tasted like it was days old, so I couldn’t even eat much of it. My girlfriend Sandwich was also extra wet, and she couldn’t finish it either. Worst fast food experience I ever had; never coming here again.

So i go to this burger king in methuen with my nephew and i see that they’re kids playing in the play area. I then go to bring my nephew and they have the area locked which is not okay because if its closed why are they allowing other kids to play. I guess one of your employees could have they’re kids playing there after they just told me its closed due to covid. Every burger king really has unprofessional staff and really need to have the rules regulated, its unfair.

I really do not like reading a restaurant in a negative way but, I was a Burger King manager for three and a half years so I’m pretty knowledgeable about how it works. Nothing against the service they were excellent. But the french fries were over salted to the point where I had to wipe them off on a napkin before I could eat them. I did go and tell them before I left so that other people would not have negative response. The Whopper Jr would have been wonderful but the cheese was not melted. If I wanted Wendy’s I would have gone to Wendy’s. But the Whopper junior is my favorite of all sandwiches. I was pretty disappointed. I hope other people make you aware so that you can fix the problem before people stop going. Sorry guys this doesn’t make me happy.

Nice climbing structure for the kids, the food is good. The staff is friendly, and they do a decent job of keeping the place clean. We go mainly so that the kids can run around after they eat so that we can finnish our meal.

I wouldn’t believe that KFC would have told that they are out of chicken when I ordered their chicken box menu. What’s more unbelievable is that inside I found their grocery list. Humm! Did I win the big price and got KFC ingredients? Now, I just need the recipe!!
