The customer service was horrendous. The restaurant appeared to be run by teenagers. It took the cashier about 5mins of arguing with his coworker on who would take our order to serve us. Then you have employees sleeping on the job. I did not see this for myself but I overheard a child tell who I assume is their mother that the mens bathroom stall didn’t have a door on it. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand that it’s a fast food food chain and I know not to expect a sit down restaurant but there really was no excuse for this type of environment. Not to mention the food was hard as a rock.

They gave us the wrong item in our order. Didn’t realize it until we got home. We drove back they took the wrong item away threw it in the trash and gave us the right item. They never offered an apology or free fries nothing. The manager made it seem like it was our fault. They should have let us keep the burger they gave us and not throw it in the trash. Such a waste of food.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had at a burger king. I only went there for nuggets, super cheap value item, and one of the sauces had a puncture some how from manufacturing. I went back around and the order boy ran all the way around the building in the snow to give me new sauce when I got to the menu machine so I wouldn’t need to wait in line for the extra sauce. (though I was patiently munching on the excellent nuggets with my other sauce anyway) Even the smallest order mattered. Work ethic here is amazing, would absolutely visit again if I needed a late night snack on a trip back from Boston, or if in the area around lunchtime.

I decided to bring my kids here yesterday. I really wish I didn’t. I felt rushed when I was ordering, then they took a while to attend me at the window. It looked like they were short staff, they didn’t know if I paid or not. I told them they forgot my fries and they give anion rings. My son’s sandwich came with tomatoes when I said no tomatoes. While at the window waiting, they asked me if I paid . Food was nasty. My kids loves chicken nuggets but they didn’t eat all, those were the worst. Bad service and nasty food, not worth the wait or the money. I will not return. Between this burger King and the one one belmont street, I’m not sure which one is worse .
