Ana does not wear gloves while preparing the food and TOUCHING money. When I seen Ana touch my French toast with her hands after giving me my money, she seen me watching and hide behind the wall. I told her I want a fresh order becuase she was rearrangingthe food with her bare hands, she told me she sanitized her hands. I told her washed hands are better thrn sanitized hands she continued to tell me she sanitized her hands, I immediately asked for a refund and I haven’t behind back to eat their. Wash your hands and wear gloves, I will not debate with ANYONE that will argue about cleaning their hands properly while working in the food industry. I reminded her of covid and that after sometimes she will NEED to wash her hands and use gloves. The cameras record everything…beware!

It’s always a last “hunger” resort, never a destination. Svc is ok’ish (they try to keep up, always a wait, i can order ahead on their app for slightly better wait times), food eases the hunger pangs (never a first choice), atmosphere? U can eat-in peace if they don’t close the dine-in area later in day, they do have bathrooms availb!! .. I go here for their plant based “impossible” whopper only, plus fries.. I’d rather go elsewhere if possible for better vegan or veggie choices, like Chipotles, BonMe, HoneyGrow, a mediteranean place? A Subway perhaps? .. If a decent joint around. And as my first choice I always opt for my fave “quick-grab”: The GrainMaker, but they have fewer locations .. so BK’s has its place wen very hungry, needing to eat, .. w/out any other veggie nor vegan options around ..

Only two stars so that you can see the review. From what it looks, Burger King has stopped branded wrapping their burgers. Probably cost saving along with being able to have just one paper used amongst all burgers / sandwiches. Nevertheless the bacon is like plastic and the patty was absolutely disgusting. Deceiving. Menu on the wall has one price and the register is another. $1-$2 more than what’s advertised. Whopper Jr meal is $6.49. But, the register said $7.49 and the cashier refuses to change. Either they’re too lazy to fix the prices on the wall. Or, they’re scamming the customers.

Foods were ready on time and exactly as ordered. Restroom was readily available and clean.

I asked them if they were still running the 2 meals for 12$. The cashier said yes they still do, so I said ok and ordered the 2 meals and an extra chicken fries and regular fries. The total comes out to 27$. I ask the manager why it is 27$, the the manager tells me that they didn’t run the 2 for 12$ even though it was advertised in and outside of the store. I didn’t want to make a scene, so I just paid for the meals and took it home. When I got home, I was missing one of the fries I ordered. Everyone at this Burger King is incompetent at best.

I was there 11/7/2022 at 10:30pm in drive through the customer service was great and the employee was a Lil friendly I guess after a long day he was probably tired Nothing wrong with that. The food was fresh and we left happy.
